"I received my travel pillow 12/31 and…"

I received my travel pillow 12/31 and it has a faulty zipper. I've sent three emails, left two voicemails, and left two messages at the website requesting a replacement. It's 01/20 and thus far, I've been ghosted. Unacceptable.

Update 02/18/25. Received a response from Flyhugz on 02/04/25 that someone would be getting back to me. So far, no response!

I ordered two neck pillows on January 4th. I have tried to tract my order, but the tracking number given, does not seem to have any connection.I contacted the company several times via email and have received no response. I am concerned.

Well, since my last review on 12/17/24, still no resolution. The only reason they got 2 stars instead of the 1 they really deserve is because I received a response from the company here on trust pilot on 12/23/24 apologizing and instructing me to send another email to them with my order number in the subject line and they would expedite my request for a return. I promptly did what was requested and it’s now 1/18/25 and I haven’t heard ANYTHING. This company is so incredibly bad. They promise things they can’t deliver and leave customer’s concerns unanswered.
Again, DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!

another scam company from China. I ordered the pillow for a trip. the trip came and went and the pillow finally arrived. I am trying to return the pillow and reached out 6 times. it's a complete scam! they never respond back.

update: yes, they replied on here to save face. But they have yet to respond to the 5 emails I sent after their response. So far they have not processed by return request. They are liars.

I purchased on 12/25 and received shipping notification on 12/27. It has been 19 days and I’ve contacted the company several times and they have not had the courtesy to respond to one inquiry. It appears that the package which was destined for California went from LAX to Dallas and onto Arizona.Not only did I not get my product but they continually target me with their advertisements which definitely add insult to injury. I purchased a similar item from Amazon, got it the next day and my grandson loves it. Never again will I deal with this company.

Am getting the run around from all the e-mails that I have sent and am calling my credit card company to cancel the charge.

Believe the company is a fraud and no one should order anything from them.

In these emails I have inquired information about where my order is but the company has not responded to me. I am still waiting for any type of response …..
