"I would give zero if I could"

I would give zero if I could. Ordered 3 pillows. Charged my card. No updates on first class free shipping. Sitting in customs. Wont answer emails or calls. Leaving for a long flight with no pillows. No refund. No answers. Big scam!

"Beware of buying FlyHugz"

This company is quite dishonest and their 24X7 customer support has been non existent.

I ordered the FlyHugz neck and a free mask on 1/2/25.
When it did not come in a reasonable time, I began calling them and writing thru their customer support (likely sent 6+ messages) and got NO response.
I’ve now been sending emails (5+) and at least 7 phone calls, no response.
Several days ago, I got an email from support, like I was a new customer they had never heard of.

The email said, “ Please be advised that we are having technical issues with our phone support and cant review them.
We are sorry to hear that you are considering a return.
May we know the reason?
Perhaps we can offer resolution.”


I immediately responded to the email and we are back again to No MORE responses.

Have no idea what else to do. I see this is a problem with other customers, as well

The neck thing does NOT work well on my neck, maybe my neck is too short, pushes on my jaw and causes a lot of pain

I’m only trying to follow your policies of a free 60 day return policy
In your own words you state:

“What's the return policy?
We offer a 60 day guarantee. If unsatisfied contact our support for a hassle-free return”

"One star is too much for this…"

One star is too much for this nonexistent company. I made an order on December 26, 2004. Got an email that it was on its way. Checked the tracking number and noticed it had not moved from one location. Contacted FlyHugz about 10 times and they finally admitted it was lost and would send me a new order which was for two FlyHugz pillows. That’s the last I heard from them. I sent emails, called their customer service number numerous times and no response. I just want a refund. I don’t trust this company and don’t want their product. The worst customer service ever!!!!!!
