"Wrong order - No customer service "
I ordered a size L. Delivered got a size XS. First i couldn't get a hold on customer service, then i wrote them about 10 mails where they always replied, that that issue will be fixed and that they will send me the right size. This was a Year ago.
I never got my stuff and i did not get a refund. Can absolutely not recommend!

Absolutely do not buy from this company! They are shipping from China not based in London as implied.
I ordered two “cosy cashmere “ jumpers.
They took weeks to arrive and when they did they weren’t cashmere at all, they were completely synthetic.
Tried to request a return and refund to be told I have to pay for the shipping to China or I could have 15% back.

"Order placed in July… still waiting"
Order placed in July, still not delivered on the 19th September. Tried contacting via email and website, with no reply. Reply received via instagram to say they would look into it, this was 2 weeks ago. Chased it 3 times, no response. Not sure what to do now, they were very quick to take my money.

Große Vorsicht bei dem Anbieter! Habe mein Geld nicht zurückerhalten und musste es mir über den PayPal Käuferschutz holen. Kann nur dringend vom Kauf abraten!

"Rückerstattung nie erhalten"
Ich habe was bestellt und bekommen. Es passte leider nicht und musste noch dazu auf meine eigene Kosten nach Niederlande zurücksenden. Sie haben die Ware erhalten aber haben mich nie erstattet. Ich habe alles versucht, aber sie reagieren weder auf Email noch auf Whatsapp Nachrichten nicht. 90€ waren einfach umsonst weg. Also Vorsicht, ich würde das nie empfehlen. FINGER WEG !!

"Can’t handle the sun"
I bought - seemingly - nice colour changing swim shorts just before the summer holiday. After using it for one (1!) week during my holiday in Mexico it was completely stained (yellowish) all over, which proved to be permanent.
I reached out to Sea’sons support and the first question they asked is if the shirts had been in the sun (…) My reply: of course since they are swimming shorts. Sea’sons then replied that such staining was ‘normal’ when exposed to the sun and that it could not handle the sun very well so having it in the sun caused the damage to the shorts… Of course I replied that being able to handle use in the sun for more than a week should be possible for any swim gear, the did not reply anymore. What’s the point of swimming gear if it can’t handle sun?
I requested a refund and returned the stained shorts to Sea’sons directly using their refund instructions. Got confirmation that Sea’sons received it and that they were processing my refund. After that: NOTHING, and it has been like that for 3 months. No shorts, no money, and all my emails completely ignored without any response.
So: do yourself a favour and please avoid this brand. Quality is laughable (it can’t handle being out in the sun …) and customer service is non-existent.

Vorsicht bei dem Anbieter! Habe einen Bikini bestellt, bei welchem die von mir angegebene Lieferadresse nicht korrekt übernommen wurde, weshalb der Artikel von DHL nicht zugestellt werden konnte und wieder an den Verkäufer retourniert wurde. Als ich dementsprechend mein Geld wieder haben wollte, weigerte der Verkäufer sich das Geld zurückzugeben. Die Begründung war, dass es sich um einen Sale Artikel handelte, was absolut lächerlich ist, da das Produkt ja aufgrund des Verschuldens des Verkäufers nie ankam. Glücklicherweise hatte ich mit PayPal gezahlt und konnte das Geld mir über den Käuferschutz zurückholen. Kann also die negativen Bewertungen nur bestätigen und vor dem betrügerischen Shop warnen.

"Please don’t buy from this company if…"
Please don’t buy from this company if there is a possibility that you may need to return/exchange. I followed their return instructions that were emailed to me to the letter and spent £££ on postage only to have the parcel returned. When I contacted the company they said that I should have paid import costs, something I was unaware of and they were unable to tell me how to do this. Several emails later and they have stopped responding . I WOULD DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND.

MAKE SURE YOU PAY WITH PAYPAL!
Order an item but the quality was poor, asked for a return authorisation which took two weeks. Sent the item back, at my cost, but they refused to accept delivery. Opened a case with PayPal and got a refund eventually, over two months from my order.
