"Beyond incompetent customer service "

To be clear, I found the doctors excellent.
The LIPS administration department are beyond incompetent.
They harassed me over six months over an ‘unpaid’ insurance excess which I repeatedly proved had been paid the day I received it.
They claimed after a ‘thorough investigation’ I still owed the money.
Between myself and BUPA we found out the LIPS administration department had allocated the money to a different doctor.
After having to do their work for them, they finally admitted their mistake.
Honestly, communicating with their customer service is like being imprisoned in a mental asylum.
Avoid.

I had a great consultation with Mr Matay Arsan. He was very knowledgeable about every question I asked him, and he gave me an excellent road map for recovery, something I have been able to find elsewhere.

My surgeon dr Matay Arsan is an amazing professional. His expertise, experience and knowledge about wrist problems is incredible. He has a very nurturing approach and has been very reassuring, patient and always has time to answer all my questions . I have always felt well looked after by him and have been treated with respect and understanding . He had done two surgeries on my wrist. I have received an exceptional care from him on each occasions which I am super grateful for.

After a shoulder injury I went to see Mr Arsan for treatment. I initially had an MRI and he recommended a steroid injection and physio following the MRI result. It has been over a month and I still have not received this referral (I have chased on numerous occasions). I am still in pain and there does not seem to be any progress (or even concern) regarding the next steps of my treatment. Very frustrated by my experience.

"Chaotic mess of an administrative system"

They send you the invoice before your appointment at 5pm and expect you to arrange payment and send evidence of it by 11am the next day or they cancel the appointment. The appointment is booked months in advance yet they pull this at the last minute.
To compound the ineptitude, the email address that you're asked to send evidence to automatically blocks emails containing image files and sends a failure notice.
Their emails proudly display a 5 out of 5 trustpilot status, which is a blatant lie.
It's a shame such good clinicians are tied to such a poor administrative service.

I would of given 5 * as Dr Imitiaz Ahmed was brilliant,
But when mistakes are made they don't seem to care .
And we had a lot of money taken by mistake they said.
Fair enough rectify it ASAP that money should of been put back sane day .
We had bills shopping can't be paid.
And yep they have taken the lot.
Not refunded the big chunk back to us . Been 4 days so far.
So be careful and talk to someone who knows numbers on a card machine disgusted with finance team they should of done a reverse payment then they just take what's the amount is. All in all not impressed with this company .
WE STILL DONT HAVE OUR MONEY 7 DAYS WITH WEEKENDS
We have bills going out soon and won't have enough .
You should pay us compensation for all the agro we have had . And borrowing money pure embarrassing not even enough for petrol.
