Had an issue with the original door order due to how the door selection process determines what is a suitable door application. I contacted customer service via email and Hale Pet Door called me promptly the next day. Customer service resolved my issue with not extra cost and sent the correct door. The new pet door installed easily and works great.

this was hard to review. I think Hale makes a quality pet door(although you will pay for it), but the installation of the universal door was very difficult. the instructions were impossible on my screen door. I was able to install it, but I had to cut part of the door which voided the warranty, but in the end, I think it may be stronger than their install.
