Brought rekord 700 aquarium with stand in white and found these guys were around £50 cheaper overall than anywhere else so thought id give them ago and the item was delivered within 2 days so was happy. When I opened the packaging I found there was slight damage to the stand so sent picture and an email.One of there workers responded and the problem was rectified so not a problem and of course it wasn't companys fault if stand was damaged in transit so I would probably use this company again...

The delivery lives up to the name - I ordered next day and it was indeed delivered next day! Makes a pleasant difference from other companies who have varying definitions of 'next day delivery'. They were fast, friendly, and efficient on the phone too!
Oh, and they packed up the order really well so that even the best attempts of the courier couldn't make a mark on the tank. I'll definitely be ordering from them again in future!

Was an awesome delivery service. The exo terra them self where fantastic, I was how ever slightly disappointed to realise one of the backgrounds was broken. I would suggest only ordering vivs/exo though as other items seemed very expensive in comparison. Would possibly recommend to friends and would consider using again in future.

I must say I have never written a review before but have been compelled to on this occasion to warn would be buyers from purchasing from Rocket Aquatics. I purchased on the 11th August 2014 a Juwel Vision 450 Black Tank and Cabinet + Free Juwel Vision 450 Decoration Kit. Juwel Decoration Kit comprising of: (gravel, aquarium background, fish net and water conditioner) worth £120 + Juwel auto feeder, attracted by their competitive price of £1,024.00 delivered. I spoke to Rocket Aquatics who was very helpful at the time of purchase and arrange delivery for 21st August 2014. From then on all went terribly wrong; the tank delivered was completely smashed the only pane to survive was the left hand side. I straight away called Rocket Aquatics who virtually said tough call the delivery company which I thought was strange. They seemed understanding but said the supplier needs to advise them of the damage. I called them back and informed them what the delivery company had said, I advised Rocket Aquatics that I was going to contact my bank credit card and raise a dispute, to this Rocket Aquatics said you can but the banks have always favoured his company in damaged deliveries and he had never been compensated by his delivery company when goods have been damaged in transit. The short story after sending many request to Rocket Aquatics I never received a reply back it was only when my bank got involved did they respond to them saying it was their belief that the goods were damaged after delivery in attempting to move/transport them as they were delivered to a work address. Rocket Aquatics delivered the goods to my home which is also my work address. The goods have never been moved or opened fully the 3 x 25kg Natural Dorset Gravel and Juwel auto feeder also never received. Rocket Aquatics were given the statutory time to respond and they never did and on the 6th November I received a letter from my bank to say my dispute with Rocket Aquatics has been successful and I have received a full refund.

No important details have been conveniently left out.
The goods were ordered on the 11 August 2014 and I explained to the trader that I was on holiday till Wednesday the 20th of August. I made arrangements with the trader that the delivery should arrive Thursday 21st August.
I had a phone call whilst on holiday from the courier on Tuesday 19th August wanting to deliver the goods on Wednesday 20th August. I explained to the courier I was on holiday and not available till Thursday 21st August and arranged delivery for that day.
The so called clear instructions verbally were not given before delivery; I was only informed after delivery. The email prior to supplier’s pallet courier deliveries was not opened due to as explained. When the order was taken I was going on holiday and arranged delivery for the day I returned. The email authorised payment transaction information with despatched instructions was received on the 18th whilst I was away on holiday.
As to Common sense to check a 5ft glass aquarium before signing for the delivery in "good condition" we were in the process on opening the box.
The good arrived on a pallet and the courier delivered the goods on my drive. I straight away started to unpack the goods and noticed that the tank gravel didn’t seem to be there. I approached the driver who was packing his forklift back on his lorry and inquired if he had another gravel package for us, he replied it’s probably in the tank. I presumed he was coming back to check but he just left.
It was within 5 minutes of removing the tank stand with my wife’s help, this is not a single person job as it is very heavy we noticed the tank front completely smashed.
I emailed the trader with this information follow by a phone call to them, they explained the courier have been instructed to stay until the goods were fully checked for damage. But they didn’t and I never signed for the delivery in "good condition".
So you saying you didn’t write on the 11 September 2014 a response to Credit Card Chargeback saying it was your belief that the goods were damaged after delivery in attempting to move/transport them as they were delivered to a work address. You then asked for the chargeback to be reconsidered.
You never attempted to respond to any of my phone calls or emails. You think by ignoring your customers they will just go away. Well this one has and I hope a lot of others will read this honest review and do the same…
I got my money back and have now received my tank from a new company that cares about customer service.

"cheap rubbish"
purchased the full tank set up (marina premium 54) was really pleased when it arrived then to be very disappointed the stand is made from really cheep wood that when wet bows really bad in the middle the customer service team were very unhelpful with this they asked for pictures sent several and they couldn't see the problem no further action was taken so had to purchase a new stand so be aware stands not a good as they seem
Also ordered the tank in black took my money then emailed me on the delivery day saying they had no stock

I purchased a Juwel Rio 240 Aquarium from Rocket Aquatics at an amazingly low price.
Brilliant service.
At first I ordered the wrong colour but after simple email to let them know, my order was changed and I was informed within the hour. Next I had entered my mobile number wrongly, again Tony emailed me as soon as he discovered this.
I received my aquarium yesterday, less than a week since ordered, everything was perfect right down tom the free, palletforce excellent delivery service.
Would I recommend them to others? Absolutely.

First time that I've used this site and it will definitely not be the last. I placed my order mid-morning on the Friday and it was with me 24 hours later.
I was nervous about delivery as the item is all glass, but I had no need to worry, the packaging was excellent.
Communication was also first class.
