Looked all over the net for my Juwel Rio 400 with cabinet, most sites didn't even come
Close to price even without the cabinet, I was about to order direct from Germany but came across rocketaquatics, read very mixed reviews and was slightly worried after ordering but luckily everything came intact, only 1 guy delivered the item it was massive and really heavy so really should have been a 2 man delivery. The thing that really annoyed me was although not directly the fault of the website but the manufacturer (even though the business should have confirmed) was the gravel that came with it said it was pH neutral, I filled up my tank with expensive plant substrate and then filled with gravel, added my mature filter and 2 XL German Ram died the next day, ammonia etc was fine, pH WAS 6.5 I tested it after the deaths to find it was over 8ph! Dorset pea gravel is NOT pH neutral, I had to take out all the gravel and replace with black gravel, whilst I was doing this my filter was switched off and ended up killing the beneficial bacteria, killing a 2+year matured filter, now I have to go through the whole cycling again, with expensive fish and no suitable hospital tank (no seeded/seedable media left)! The actual service and main product was fine so don't hesitate to order but just don't use the Gravel if you need low ph, also the poster it came with was 4ft, (not the right size for the tank) but I don't need it anyway but yh...

Ordered a Komodo Adult Corn Snake Advanced Kit from Rocket Aquatics on the 18th feb with a 2-3 day estimated delivery and money was promptly taken from my account the day after on the 19th feb. After waiting a little over a week I decided to ring them on 27th feb and enquire when my items would be delivered to which I was told "someone should have been in touch to let you know there has been a couple of missing items due to a warehouse move and therefore your items have not been dispatched". After spending £164.49 in the first place and being asked to wait longer for my items yet given no delivery date or even an estimation I have to say the customer service is terrible and I will not be ordering anything from this place in future and will warn friends and family to steer well away. They were very happy to take my money yet nobody had the decency to inform me what had happened to my items which in my opinion is not the way a so called reputable business should operate.

I purchased a filter for my tank and it said in stock. Took my money then 2 days later I get an email says cannot get this product from suppliers. So they didn't have stock as falsely advertised. Waste of time could of and did ordered it elsewhere .

"Ignore the lies on the website"
Having seen the website saying if it's on the website it's in stock and that if there will be a delay with the order they'd contact within 1 working day I went ahead and ordered an aquarium and stand at 8am on the 31st of August. The payment was taken, and the order processed very quickly.
That's as far as it went. I received no further updates, so on Monday 5th when I got home from work (gave them 3 full working days, not including the wednesday) I logged into my account and see they are awaiting delivery from their supplier. I send a message querying this, as their website promises contradicted what I was experiencing. I get a reply on Tuesday morning to say they are sorry for the delay but the only tank they had in stock that I ordered was discovered broken, so they had to order a new one and it will take 2 days. Fine, these things happen but they didn't have the common courtesy to even notify me of the delay.
Of course, it's now Thursday, 8 days since I placed the order and my money was taken, and no further updates. The order still shows as awaiting delivery from their supplier.
I'd recommend ignoring the blatant lies on their site as they don't bother to contact you, and instead spend your money with someone who actually has a clue about stock management and customer service.
The only reason I chose them was because of the promises made on the site. If I'd have used another supplier I'd have my tank here now setup.

After checking out different companies on the Internet for a Juwel Rio 180 Aquarium Rocketaquatics came out tops for price. Straight forward ordering. Ordered on a Saturday evening received the tank on Wednesday. Great communication. Would definitely recommend and would deal with them again.
