I needed a new tyre (due to pothole damage). Jack's Tyres confirmed I needed a tyre and explained that the price I'd been quoted online was an RAC price, and that I needed to order the tyre online and Jack's tyres would then fit it.
I ordered the tyre online in the afternoon, and booked a time slot for fitting on the following day. The tyre was in stock when I arrived, and was fitted within 10 mins. Excellent service from Jack's Tyres and reasonable from the RAC. Would definitely use this service again

"Terrible Customer Service "

Ordered four tyres, but only three were delivered. The delivery driver had no idea where the missing tyre was and told me to contact customer service. I reached out, but they only replied about once a week. In the end, it took nearly two months to get the missing tyre.

Friendly. Helpful. Efficient. My appointment was delayed by one hour due to a ‘double booking’ so I was contacted to alert me of this fact with a follow up email. This email showed the original time which confused me so I contacted the garage directly and they confirmed the one hour later slot. The only issue I had was the parking is almost none existent, I had the only available space…! So, I guess the garage is so busy that this RAC booking system is essential. Thank you everyone concerned.
