- Although any issues are acknowledged promptly and professionally, resolution of issues (both minor and substantial) has in the past taken far too long.
- App could be improved to allow reporting and tracking of development issues to allow for increased transparency and accountability.

Charles White is one of the best factors I have worked with. They are prompt to reply to my requests by mail or by phone. Issues have always been resolved promptly and the interactions with client relationship managers were always productive. Thank you Maria!

"Never buy property in a factored…"

Never buy property in a factored development unless you are willing to pay another landlords debt. In spite of paying my own fees now being stung for my share because someone else didn't and the legal fees to recover this debt. Also, if you are buying check there is no outstanding debt or that debt passes to you. Not just CW who do this . Its an absolute disgrace I don't think many people know this.

Thanks for your reply. You might be legally correct but it is morally wrong. This is a business risk to you that you get to pass on to us. I am also just warning others as this is not widely known

"Having had numerous property managers…"

Having had numerous property managers on our development over the years some good some not so good I have been delighted with the way things have improved since Carrie Borthwick and Pamela Moreton were assigned to our development from October 2022. We had a residents meeting on 27th April which was very informative and well organised. When contacting either Carrie or Pamela by phone or email I normally have a response within a day unlike in the past. Lots of jobs which have been outstanding have now been completed.

Having chatted with Carrie, in the morning, she was very open and helpful and overall very pleasant to talk with. Although she didn’t know the answer to all of my questions on the spot, she left the call and clearly followed up with each of my queries such that she emailed me back with responses later the same day!
