"Happy with service"

Since her arrival (to replace Lily Galloway) Rachel Gibson has visited the flatted development with a proprietor to view its various attributes, including extensive landscaping and car parks, and discussed issues with refuse and recycling bins, and general maintenance. At a proprietors' meeting, Rachel engaged with those present, and noted any concerns. She has been swift to respond to telephone and email queries. We hope that she will remain in post for some time in order to further her knowledge of the development and get to know the owners. The key thing is to respond effectively and as soon as possible.

"After a disappointing experience with…"

After a disappointing experience with past relationships mangers in the Edinburgh office, Lily Galloway and Rachel Gibson have turned the situation around. Thank you to Carrie Borthwick for her assistance in the past regarding this matter.

Rachel has been professional, efficient and has high level communication skills to deal with often complex communication situations. Rachel has engaged all our residents and has managed to bring the desired outcomes to fruition.

Some of the work carried out by local tradesmen has been poor quality on occasions and expensive. I’m not sure if CW struggled to get contractors after Covid. Then again if residents choose the cheapest quotes, this can lead to disappointing outcomes and customer dissatisfaction.
I find it is important to have good two way communication between CW and owners and we certainly have this at present. Thank you Rachel for your hard work.

"I would like to thank Barbara McCone…"

I would like to thank Barbara McCone for helping me with a problem regarding a remote control for the gate. I complained about this when i moved in, and nothing was done, but when i received a letter from Barbara, telling me that, she was the new client relationship manager, i contacted her to tell her about my problem, and she promised to look into it and within a couple of weeks,i have now received my remote. I would like to thank Barbara, for her hard work in resolving this matter. I take my security very seriously ,and didn't feel safe at 2 o clock in the morning ,having to get out of my car to open the gate. I look forward to working with Barbara in the future. "Delivering On A Promise"

I have written a review on Charles White before and particularly again want to single out the fact that the Relationship Manager -Paul Sanders delivered on a promise .
Site visits continue to be a useful tool to highlight any drop in standards of the development I am writing about . There were issues regarding green areas which needed repairs as result of a company removing gas tanks in a shoddy manner. and also repairs to fencing. Paul chased these up vigorously and these repairs are now done and can state he was very professional ,courteous and does what he says he is going to do. The management fee is well worth it in order to maintain standards.

Despite disappointing service over the years, no doubt due to the rapid and frequent change of staff, our recent contact person in the Edinburgh office, Steven Anderson, has been a welcome change and very helpful. His response time is good and his attention personalised and thoughtful.
I have also had consistently good service on the phone, from the finance department.
