I always feel that when doing a review I have to be honest showing warts and all, as it were. CWL has given me years of anger, frustration at not getting answers to my questions, things not moving forward, a lack of communication and to be honest I felt that we needed a change. We highlighted this with CWL and they asked us to allow them time to give a good service as there had been a change in staffing. They have certainly kept their word. The rep for us is Carrie Borthwick and things have changed. Carrie is in contact with us when necessary and we no longer need to wait months for a proper answer to queries. An example is, we have needed the outside and inside of the building painted and the painter who was going to do it pulled out. Carrie took control of the situation and gave us other options and we now have the work starting next week. We have been regularly informed as things moved forward and we felt that we are now able to relax and trust CWL. Trust is the one thing that I feel is important and was lacking in the past but CWL have turned things around and, for me, at least the trust is back.

I contacted Charles White Limited with regards to overgrowth off trees at the back of my property. As they are the management company in charge off the apartment block it was my first port of call.
They were very helpful and professional. They agreed to look at issue and the problem was rectified in a timely manner.

I'm truly shocked at the amount of 5 star reviews, surely this must be the staff? This company is horrific! Terrible to non existent customer service, countless emails ignored, ridiculous and spiralling charges and no accountability for anything etc etc

Big thanks to Barbara at Charles White. We had an issue with the communal lighting not working in the entrance hall and stairwells in our apartment block and she organised for electrician to fix the problem and kept me informed of progress. Fast and efficient replies to my queries and emails, and getting the problem fixed, thanks!
