Kelly made sure she sends on the plumber twice to fix our sink (within 48 hours). And the water pressure of the building was fixed within 5 days as well as an engineer was sent on.
She has been responding to all emails that me or my husband have been sending out.
We requested the net to be put up in the roof and she escalated the issue.
Weve faced hard times in the tannery building, but lately, things are getting better. We are in conversations and everything we are asking for, now is being taken care of.
