Moving home is always stressful of course, but sterling people can make all the difference! Just a day before I was due to move into the property managed by Jamie Allardice for Charles White Ltd. there was an issue between the solicitors and documentation, which Jamie was quickly able to advise on and correct, meaning that all the carefully engineered plans could stlil go ahead the next day. Since then, I have had nothing but the very best of interactions with Jamie and others at Charles White, from the initial 'welcome pack' which arrived a few days after I moved to online payments, from a neighbourhood-wide power outage and the quick information updates and actions taken by Jamie and others. Even when Jamie was off and I had a question, colleague Lily answered my query so there was no break in service or breakdown of communication. Jamie especially has been professional, friendly, pro-active and a pleasure to communicate with. What a great welcome to my new home!

Paul has always been responsive to my questions and is trying his best to answer them; always in a friendly and polite manner. And I hope he does not mind too much my follow up questions!

I live in a reasonably large development which comes with issues and at times more so than others.

Robyn throughout my 5 years has always been very professional and understanding to residents concerns. When I make her aware of an issue she replies extremely quickly and always has a plan to resolve the problem.

I personally can't rate her highly enough.

Charles White are the management company who look after our development. Paul Sanders in the Belfast office was very helpful in sorting out payment plan.

"Very poor service and incorrect billing"

Charles White manage the property I own. I'm frequently being mischarged (charges for which I am not liable). They do not respond to emails. When issues are raised, they do not do make any attempt to resolve them. The buildings insurance I am charged through them is around 4 times the cost of a quote for my property from multiple insurance companies, I could go on. I would recommend avoiding them if at all possible.

I managed to lose my keys and had no access to my flat (After travelling 24 hours)
Charles White in Belfast were excellent and very helpful in enabling me to get back in my home.
