"Multiple mail thefts in apartment…"
Multiple mail thefts in apartment blocks that they manage. Needs to look into cctv or extra security measures to protect the people who live there instead of ignoring the issue.

"Charles White are the management…"
Charles White are the management company who look after our development. Have found Paul in the Belfast office to be friendly and very efficient in meeting our needs quickly.

"AAppalling service, poor customer service and persistence to the point of harassment"
When we bought our house it was another maintenance company who handled the care within the area. They were informed we were new owners and any previous unpaid bills were not ours and they had to seek the previous owners for the outstanding bill. We paid all bills due in a timely manner and had no issues.
Charles White then took over the maintenance and reinstated the old bill which has nothing to do with ourselves and is associated to previous owners. We pay the amount due for maintenance of our house every time the bill is sent - but not the bill which does not belong to us - this has been the case for several years. Customer service has been contacted multiple times; we have been informed numerous times that a Manger will ring and has never called as yet.
It is a disgrace and I would not recommend them to anyone for the amount of hassle and stress they have caused.
Further to the response can u advise me on the best way to contact you or send an email address.
I have since completed a contact form on your website related to this review.

"A good all round service."
I have found Paul, Karly and the team at Charles White in Belfast to be professional and efficient.
They manage our development in Newry and as a team we have all managed to keep the service charges to a minimum while providing a good service. This is all helped by the fact that there are good people on the ground in the development that make things easier. In our opinion every development needs to have supporting, active and diligent property owners to get the best out of their property management, a management company is only as good as the support and help they get from the property owners, its a joint effort. Over all we work well with Charles White and would recommend them to other developments.

"Roof leaks"
Terrible over years I reported water coming into my flat nothing was done .each time I was told they were not aware of this .Eventually other flats had problems years later part of the roof was fixed.at great cost Still water ingress .we have to decorate constantly as damage to walls and ceilings continues The roof had been fixed in another part of the building not above my flat years later it was repaired but still problems .ceilings and walls full of mould and damp .had to take up carpets as they are mouldy .wallpaper just falls off paint becomes mouldy .The flat was too damp to live in and I can't rent it out .Each time I ask when the repairs will be done the person is on holiday ,off sick ,being in the process of changing building manager .I never get an answer they just don't care as long as they get their money .my property is deteriorating I can't fix it as it is due to lack of building maintenance. Now furniture is full of mould appauling service.

"Dodgy!"
Not a great company…
I own a property where these guys do the factoring of all common outdoor areas on the development. All homeowners pay a factoring fee - all pretty standard.
Received a letter from them today - apparently one of my neighbours has failed to pay their fees (to the tune of about £1.5k) and after failing to get their money via small claims court, they’re now passing that debt onto the rest of us and splitting the amount owed across all of us. My understanding in most businesses is any debt failed to recover after a small claims court gets written off as bed debt, not just passed off to people with no connection to it at all. Very dodgy!
In their letter they also provided all of us with the name, address and amount owed of the neighbour in question. While no legal expert, I’m not convinced that’s strictly legal from a GDPR basis - especially in the circumstances as it leaves said neighbour at risk of ant-social retaliation from other neighbours.
Overall, very dodgy. And they’re not even very good at keeping the grounds anyway!

"I have to agree with other negative…"
I have to agree with other negative comments. CW were removed from factoring this building but have been assiduous in following up every penny with penalties since. Factoring is never going to be popular but better factors are available. Look elsewhere.

"Extortionate. Neglectful. Avoid."
Charles White were finally replaced as Factors Agents, by the property owners where I live in October 21. Over 4 months later they still haven’t returned any of our floats.
I received an email demanding payment within 14 days for a final bill they have not previously informed me about. No mention of my float.
*Update - I was informed today that our floats were deducted from our final invoices. My final Invoice covering just 2 months was £343.50. Absolute joke.
Over the years they were responsible for the development where I used to own and live they allowed it to gradually decline. The communal walls and carpets are in a terrible state. They charged a fortune whilst doing nothing to maintain their appearance.
I would strongly suggest avoiding Charles White. After moving to non-profit Factors Agent our bills roughly halved.

"Robbers"
This company has stolen money from me.
This is being escalated to the Tribunal, but really, the directors should be in prison.
Avoid at all cost

"Jamie Allardice"
I would like to say a very big thank you to our Client Relationship Manager Jamie Allardice. He has only been in post for 6 months and having been here for approximately 10 years Jamie is the best Client Relationship Manager we have ever had. Nothing is too much trouble to him and no request or enquiry is too small. Jamie is a true credit to Charles White! I hope he will remain with Charles White for a very long time!
