Where's the VALUE?
I have had several reservations BOOKED FOR THE WRONG DATES (booked by the chat person with dates clearly given and emailed back to me), not able to select specific flights and connecting flights, missing out on points for hotel stays, and CHARGED MORE ON LOLA for what I could have booked items at directly with the hotel or airline - SEVERAL TIMES. I have reported this to my company's team managing Lola. For me to take the time and contact Lola letting them know each time I found a better deal is COSTING MY COMPANY MORE IN MY TIME ALONE.
On using the mobile app to find a hotel in Las Vegas, the search came up blank - showing me NO HOTELS SHOWING FOR LAS VEGAS. I did this several times right now - blank.
I have had to change plans made thru Lola - A NIGHTMARE. You cannot deal with the airline or hotel directly (most hotels indicated they were made thru EXPEDIA), and when calling the Lola number it rang and rang 15+ times and NO ONE ANSWERED - tried this several times. I finally resorted to the chat, which I find too difficult to use when trying to make multiple changes. Trying to have Lola chat book a room for me, I was told THEY COULD NOT DO THAT, and I was left on my own.
Overall, I have used the app for travel per our corporate policy, but find it CHARGING MORE, TAKING MORE TIME, and DIFFICULT TO MAKE TRAVEL CHANGES than it would if I did it myself. Try standing at the front desk of a hotel booked via Lola and have them tell you they cannot help you because the reservation was made thru EXPEDIA?
I am trying to understand the value in using the Lola service, and still searching...

If I could I would have given the platform of Lola.com probably a 3 and Customer Support a 5+++++. I have dealt with many customer service, support groups. I have to say that the group at Lola is fantastic, every one of them. Not only are they very helpful, if they don't know the answer they will find out and actually get back to you with the answer. They are so polite and you can tell even on a chat that they are very personable people. Whoever hired and trained them should be given a 5 ++++ also. So many people these days don't have a clue what Customer Service is.
Why I would only give Lola's Travel Platform a 3 or even a 4 is this. Let's start with the good. It is super easy to use and has many useful things (like incorporating Google Maps) for the Traveler. Being able to put in your places you go to a lot with the Hotels you like to use when you do is great. Now for the not so good. The setup process is disjointed and confusing. In my opinion, it should be all in one place for the Traveler or the Admin to set up. As it is now, I have to Go to the Manage People thing and invite them and wait for them to respond and then I don't even use that screen ever again. Then I have to go into Manage-Setting-Company Credit Cards and set up their Credit Card and give Permission. Then I sign in as the Traveler so I can set up their Loyalty Cards and their preferences. One place, one screen, and no confusion. What really makes me crazy is that the flights, hotels and cars are separate and I cannot print an Itinerary with all three on it with the information they need. I can't believe you cannot do this. Every other travel program I have worked with, (the last being Axiom) gives you an itinerary. To me, that is the main turn-off. There are a few other things I would like to see but I sent a long list to Lola not to long ago. Lola has the opportunity to be the best Travel Platform out there especially now that they have partnered with Axiom. They need to fix a few things first.
