Your prices are so far much more than I can procure by myself on Expedia, kayak or even my airline's website. Same hotel, yet your price is $50+ dollars more for the same room type reservation.

Lola is a great platform but definitely still needs some revisions. What I was sold on and what actually is happening are different but not enough for me to give up on it. I can still get cheaper pricing on some travel elsewhere but the convenience of using lola and having all information about at trip in one spot is quickly outweighing the negatives of that.

Customer service is very helpful and also takes into account my suggestions on things that could be changed. I look forward to continuing our work together.
