I don't like how all hotels reservations are charged when booking. It's difficult to change anything without fees when using lola and no points are giving with rewards programs most of the time.

I love the convenience of using Lola. It is a great way to travel hassle free- and if there is any issues or if I need to change a reservation last minute the helpful staff are always quick to respond and resolve my issue for me.

Great app, but your travel confirmation emails with the attachments don't get scanned by apps like Tripit. Should be a simple format change-- When I forward the regular confirmations from airlines like Southwest they get scanned and ingested fine.

"Terrible service"
First, you never, ever answer the phone.
Second, when booking tickets you put in Lolas phone number and email and thus the airlines send alerts to you, not me.
Third, your alerts are ALWAYS a few hours behind. For instance my last flight you sent a notice of gate change but by the time you got around to sending I had boarded my flight and we had left the gate.
Fourth, you booked a ticket on Jet Blue which was so expensive I booked the same flight 2 hours latter on JetBlue (same flights) and paid 25% less.
Terrible on all aspects

"Nice people but not super helpful"
I was told repeatedly I would be able to check a bag and Lola would be able to pay for it, but I have had to pay myself and get reimbursed every time. (And a couple times I couldn't get reimbursed because neither Lola nor the airline responded to a request for a copy of the baggage receipt that I requested.) It seems like whenever I contact someone at Lola, they are starting from scratch without any records of my previous conversations or requests, and they often say they will be able to do something at the time of check-in and then when that time comes, they say it can't be done. The people I have interacted with have been very pleasant and nice but not super helpful.

Your service is terrible. I tried booking flights and cars through your service and each time it took WAY too long to get anything done. On top of that, your prices were more expensive than the service I was already using.

I can say that I like Lola overall. I have made many suggestions and my suggestions have not been made. It makes it very difficult to view the name of trips. In our world we charge clients for the cost to travel there. When I pull up the trip in the flight report I see the amount of the trip and all the details but not the trip name that the employee named it. I then have to find the date they are traveling and then switch to the "traveling" tab and change to the day they are traveling to get the name of the trip so I know who to bill. There has to be an easier way. We have had complaints about the seat selection from Lola. We have had complaints that when they check into hotels, they front desk staff says they are checking in and looks like you booked through expedia. We have a company Hertz account and have an account where we pay for the employees rental. We can not figure out how to add that to the company profile so they dont have to pay for their own cars. The customer service is great and have heard nothing but great things about that.

The itinerary shown to me in Lola was not correct. If I hadn't called the airline, I would've missed my flight.
