Really enjoy everything.
My one complaint is no longer checking you into your southwest flights automatically. It was the coolest thing when it happened and made me feel extremely at ease.
Honestly this company is the best and other than that everything I have needed has been at the touch of my finger tips through messaging with customer service or a quick call.

Our admin booked my flights, then went on holidays. I needed to make changes and it was impossible. I phoned Lola and they couldn't make changes because my flight had been booked by somebody else, who had to approve it, and they were unavailable.. I finally had to phoned Air Canada, who went over and above to fix this for me. It was difficult for them because the flight was booked through Lola. After this experience, I'm booking my own flights through other resources in the future.

I like using this platform but there is functionality that doesn't exist that would benefit our team. We would like to be able to book for multiple travelers at one time (flights and hotels). We would like a more robust reporting capacity with invoices attached to each transaction for expense purposes. Thank you for allowing us to finally book our own rental cars. We would like to be able to book amtrak on your platform. Your online customer service while always friendly is tragically slow and if someone needs to actually call your customer service you have to really DIG to find that number. The onboarding experience wasn't smooth and there wasn't any traveler adoption activated by lola's team. We aren't even sure who our account manager is!
