"Completely unacceptable"

I was initially very happy with my new Hackett Trainers, but unfortunately, the stitching ripped, leaving a large hole. This is completely unacceptable, as I have only worn them a handful of times. Given the high price, I expected much better quality.

To make matters worse, I have contacted customer service four times via email and left a voicemail requesting a callback, yet I have received no response whatsoever. This lack of service is extremely frustrating.

Beware—this company appears to be unreliable, and I would not recommend them at all.

My particular order was delivered very quickly and I could see how very professional they were with keeping me in the loop with posting etc.
Will certainly shop with them again as they definitely deliver excellent prices for makes I wear.

Excellent experience, ordered a Belstaff Trail master jacket yesterday lunchtime.
It was delivered to me today at 2pm, extremely well packaged in a box and the communications from the company were first class plus my jacket was £150 cheaper than anywhere else including the Belataff website. Would definitely recommend and use again.

I can’t seem to get a reply on email so I’ve sent it here hoping someone could get back to me from jules b.
I’ve just received my parcel that I was waiting for from yourself. Upon opening I discovered my item is not even in the box. Before this I realised the box looked tampered with it was opened and ripped from the corner as though someone’s been through it. I feel so disappointed and in utter shock right now as this is the first time I’ve ever ordered from this company and I’ve never had this happen to me before. I have took pics of the condition I have received the box in and upon opening just the tissue paper with no item inside. I can’t believe this has happened to me as I have spent a lot of money for this item. It was delivered to me with the box in poor condition and fairly obvious that someone’s been through it prior to me receiving it. Please help to fix this issue. ( proof in delivery photo) This has caused me distress as I was really looking forward to this item and now I’m unsure on what’s happened. I even read reviews on trust pilot and thought since there’s a lot of positive reviews so I went through with it. I’ll wait for your response I hope you can help me resolve this issue. I have attached all photos to the email too
