We were so impressed when we had our bifolding doors fitted in our kitchen diner we also had them now in our lounge .
Both rooms look tremendous , the fitting was professionally done and their communication throughout was clear and precise on both occasions .

"Fabulous quality bi-folds"

My sales contact was fantastic. It’s rare to get someone who can answer all your questions confidently to make you feel comfortable with the product and the purchase.
The bi-folds look fantastic now they are fitted. My only gripe was that the fitters did not take more care during installation - broken brick, scratched frame (touched up with matching paint) and gap under sill not filled.

After looking around a lot, I found the bifoldingdoorfactory to be very helpful on the telephone, and providing a lot if information. Their customer service when contacting them was very good; and their surveyor Ned, who came to check out the opening, was super conscientious and very helpful, and was happy to liase and instruct the builders. The fitters were very good and pleasant to meet, and the doors look good - so far no issues with the product.

We were a bit apprehensive at first, but after meeting up with Vikki in the Croydon showroom we were put at ease. Everything we were told worked out perfectly. I would go as far as to say we were treated better than using a local company which Up to now we have always done. We had plenty of questions all of which were answered and whatever we were told be it dates, build times, whatever they were all carried out when stated.
This was important to us as we were going away on holiday and asked if the doors could be fitted before we went, so as not to leave an insecure property.
We was assured that was fine, and as with everything else the fitters arrived within the 1 hour slot we were advised of. The doors were fitted to a very high standard by two very polite men. We were shown how to operate them, and later that day I was sent email instructions on how to care for them to get maximum enjoyment for hopefully many years to come. I would be more than happy to recommend the bi folding door company to friends and family.

We had our bifold doors installed in May and are very happy with them. As a high value purchase i shopped around for them. I felt the bifold door factory offered the best combination of quality of door, glass, sight lines etc for the price. After ordering we were kept well informed of progress of the doors, though delivery was slightly longer than promised during the sales process. The fitting process was seamless and doors operate just as we had hoped. I would happily recommend both the quality of the doors, the fitting and having bifold doors in general because when the sun shines they are great!

"Good purchase and installation experience, product not great."

I had good service from the company in terms of purchase and installation, but the product (Shuco 70 bifolding doors with integral blinds) wasn't as good as hoped. The problem is with the integral blinds which operate on a magnetic system. There are two plastic sliders on the left and right of each leaf - the right moves up and down over the glass to raise and lower the blinds - the left tilts them. The problem is that a) they're stiff to use (not good if you have poor grip strength), and b) the range of movement required to tilt the blinds is very small - which means it's easy for the entire slider to detach from the window completely. Poor design from the manufacturer.
