I gave the company 5 stars because of the quality of the doors which are superb. Thank you also to Phil, Imran and the fitter.

First class product and well installed. FENSA inspectors very satisfied by the quality of the doors and the standard to which they were fitted.
There were a couple of minor hiccups along the way with the installation dates. The first attributed to myself being on holiday in the wilds of Scotland with no phone signal & getting the installation date confirmation too late. Staffing issues behind later arrangements.
Still all in all ..........Very satisfied.

"Absolutely awful customer service"

The customer service from this company is the worst we've experienced in over 30 years of renovating homes.

The set of sliding doors we bought look lovely and appear now to have no faults but the service we received was awful. They have just completed putting right all the faults they created. This is more than 6 months after their installation. Overall the management team in the office were not proactive in solving problems or polite or showed the slightest understanding of customer care. On multiple occasions engineer visits were promised and never happened or they came unprepared with wrong tools or materials to fix the faults that had been identified. Twice we waited in all day at the weekend and no one showed up. Not only did they not apologise but they didn't know where their representative was or why they didn't show up. We had to continually chase them to make follow up appointments.

It appears that the doors were very poorly installed. For example, their engineers left so much metal shaving in and on the steel runners that rust kept appearing. It took 3 visits by their engineers to finally dismantle the runners and properly clear away the mess so we now have a rust free frame.

For most companies these 6 months would be a significant source of embarrassment but this company seems completely oblivious to their weaknesses. They didn't offer us any kind of compensation or even a written apology. Quite simply the worst supplier we have ever worked with.

No complaints. Visited the Alcester showroom where I was given a quotation the same day for the Smarts Visofold 1000. Fitter turned up on time and installed the doors within the day! Doors look great and we’re very happy.

Thank you for going the extra mile for me. I know I took a long time to make up my mind, but you were very patient with me and I was impressed with your knowledge of the double glazing industry. You found just the right product for my needs and my lantern roof in the kitchen has really opened up the space and given me sunlight into what could have been a dark place.

Hurrah. I’m ready to move back into my home, thanks to your efforts. The Smarts door and windows look great and will keep me warm and snug. If all the workmen on my renovation had been as good as yours, I would have been in by August.

Thank you for overcoming all the obstacles on this installation. I know that access was a nightmare, but to get a crane and fly my windows and door panels over the top of the house was a very creative way to solve the problem. My wife and I are looking forward to getting the patio and garden sorted out, so that we can truly have an indoor to outdoor experience. Fantastic job. Maybe you’ll come back and take some photos when we’ve got it all “in bloom” next year.

My new patio door and windows are so much warmer and quieter than the old rattly ones. I think my heating bill will be not as dreadful as I was anticipating. The man who installed them was very kind and moved all my planters away so nothing got damaged and then put them back where I wanted them after he swept up.
