There was a small alignment problem with our Bifolding doors- no probs. It was easy to arrange a fitter out- thank you Imran.
The fitter could not make the agreed date due to some complications with the job before, we were informed and re-arranged for the next day. Unfortunately, due to a miscommunication we did not know his daughter went into labour. Still, he came the next day and sorted the problem out- thank you!
So apart from a hiccup in communication, we can not fault the service.

Even though we had a slight hiccup with the measurements of the frame at time of installation, the company were quick to rectify and resolve the issue. We found Dan (the fitter) very helpful and professional and he was meticulous to ensure the doors were fitted properly. We love the finished product and would recommend to friends and family.

"Very poor customer service"

I have asked for quotes for Schueco lift and slide doors( 2 sets, 7 m span and 4 m span) and a large fixed roof window.
Every time I ring I speak with the same person who is very rude and unpleasant. I have now asked twice( over the phone) for technical information about their products for my builder and have had no reply. I have emailed as well as rang. I once got an email saying there was no outstanding information request... the person I speak with on the phone obviously just bins my request.. I can’t understand that in these difficult times for businesses they are offering such poor customer service. I have now placed an order for my expensive doors with another company.
