Faultless, the fitter did an excellent job and I highly recommend.

The only issue was the delay of the doors arriving from Germany and the slight crack in the glass pane on arrival, however, the pane is being replaced immediately.

Oh my God! Do not trust them.
Where do I start with this company?
Sales staff are lovely but from the installation last October, yes a year ago, we have been palmed off and insulted- a customer who doesn’t like being told what she doesn’t like to hear.
Referred to the GGF guidelines with the faulty glass- which was finally replaced earlier this year with more faulty glass!!!
Ignored for 4 months and their inspector finally came last month and confirmed I was correct all along. The director did apologise but that has made no difference at all- worthless!
The replacement glass was delivered to site- we were that close to being completed, only to have it collected the following day.
So you would think that there would be a sense of urgency to finally completing the job.
No I have been informed that the fitters are busy for several weeks and I will be “informed “ when I will have the job completed.
So I set of Schuco doors are ok but the other set will be celebrating their first birthday- still imperfect. That’s not what I paid thousands of pounds for!
