We had our bi-fold doors installed today. It wasn't a straightforward install, but Jelly was fantastic in handling the install and his care, efficiency and customer service was excellent.

From our first meeting with BFDF (bifolddoorfactory) to placing our order, keeping us in the loop and timely delivery date, were all faultless. We even got a call from Deepak and were offered an earlier install date because we'd mentioned that if they had a cancellation, could we be considered.

Would definately recommend BFDF.

I gave them a call and they helped me to refine my order and helped me to understand all the features with pros/cons to make the right decision for our house. The surveyor was good and made a couple of helpful suggestions, and installation was excellent - exactly on time, very tidy and explained everything they were doing. Top job and very satisfied customer.

Great company, no fuss , no delay , no silly talk, they just deliver and fast. We had huge shueco sliding doors installed to a new dormer with difficult access but the installation went smoothly and we’re happy. Time wise they estimated 2 weeks and it took 2 weeks. Absolutely great.
