We had a good experience with the team. Very patient during the quoting process (as we kept changing our minds). We struggled deciding between the different products on offer and whenever we spoke to someone they were knowledgeable and we never felt we were being ‘upselled’ like we unfortunately did with some other companies. We eventually went with the decision to go with the smarts visofold 6000 and we are over the moon with them. Really well made doors which are looking forward to making use of! Thank you all.

Our bifolds were installed a couple of years ago and we were starting to have trouble locking the main door. Called the office who advised the doors had likely dropped where the build had started to settle. I had contact a few days later with a proposed service date which we accepted. The doors were adjusted and they are now functionally correctly like new!

"Hard to overstate what a bad experience we've had"

Hard to overstate what a bad experience we’ve had. Ordered doors with suggested lead time of 6 weeks, asking for a note to expediate if possible. We realised promises could not be made.
From 4 weeks onwards we emailed and called for an update. Very difficult to get hold of anyone and promised an immediate email back on multiple occasions – we only get a vague email a week later giving a new delivery date, that is then missed, with no apology or explanation.
2 months later we are still waiting to hear when the doors will be delivered. If they get delivered at all, it seems that they will be at least 3 weeks later than suggested.
Meanwhile, bad weather has set in and we have chipboard covering the back of our house (I explained this). No one has ever called us to explain the situation, or apologised. We have paid a deposit of £1.5k.
Apparently, the problem is now the glass, but no one seems to know for sure, and again the promised email follow-up never arrived. We are having to pay extra for heating costs and delays to the building works. Our builder is constantly having to rearrange work.
I even wrote a negative review before, hoping this would encourage them to take action, but it had no effect at all, and I was simply asked to take it down as it might affect business.
I recognise that delivery times are approximate, but supply chain problems are not the customer’s problem, and neither are poor estimations for delivery or terrible communication, which makes everything twice as stressful. I would have gone with another company had I known any of this (and there are plenty offering this product). I hugely regret not doing so.

"Excellent aftersales"

We purchased some very large doors from the Bifoldingdoorfactory in 2014. Very happy with the install and the doors. However NINE years later one of the triple glazed panels started to mist. I Made contact with the company who replaced the unit without quibbling and we are not local to them. I am not sure there are many companies out there who after such a period of time would respond as well - credit where its due, excellent all around

When considering bi folding doors I was looking for a hassle free service as I have had problems with other companies before but then came across this company which did not disappoint. From start to finish I received a hassle free service by a chap called imran gave me a start and finish time and I was not disappointed. On that note definitely give this company a try and imran keep up the good work.
