Prestige parking through this company are just awful. Never on time and always an excuse. At midnight I am still waiting 45 minutes, and each time I call they lie and tell you these I’ll be longer while I wait with my young family in the freezing cold carpark. They should not be allowed to operate and take customers money.
Don’t make the same mistake and use these services

17-Oct 2022, Heathrow, called 40 mins early. I arrived at the airport 5 mins early. Called half a dozen times and was told they were 5 mins away. They were 40 mins late. Excuses given. Came back 2-Nov, and they were EXTREMELY rude, unprofessional, and lying about when they were coming to meet me. Stood in the freezing cold for almost an hour. The car mat was FILTHY (and I had it valeted previously). I swear petrol was taken. At home, I found a contactless credit card from someone at the BACK of the car (no idea how that could be) - was so tempted to use it!
Received a fine from APCOA as I hadn't paid for my car sitting at Heathrow!!!!!!

We had to pay the car park costs ourselves but aside from that the driver / guy on the end of the phone is complete scum bag, rude arrogant, don’t care at all about the car or the customer.
On landing back after a 12 hr flight, we were due to collect the car 07.30, we rung at 7.40 to say we had our luggage and he said it would be at least an hour wait with absolutely no care in the world. He shouted at me down the phone, saying what do you expect me to do, I don’t care about your car or money, you pay cheap and you get cheap.
You have to ring about 15 times before someone even picks up the phone.
Do not give your money to this company.

I purchased for 3 nights with the cancellation fee as I always do incase there are any changes to my travel plans.
I ended up cancelling as I was going to be dropped off to the airport only to find that they only refunded half the funds paid
It was actually a niggling feeling that I felt this company was not reliable read the reviews and found so many people had problems with them not arriving on time extra costs and very unprofessional so cancelled and made other arrangements. Now I am parking in the Airport
I always check the reviews this time I just booked
My advice don’t book with them they are appalling company no manners and won’t refund you or you will have issues with dropping off and collecting your car
Your car is parked anywhere they can find parking and you may incur costs if they have to pay to park your car
When I eventually spoke to them they said it’s all in the terms and conditions the guy said I wasn’t probably entitled for the full refund but I was
DO NOT USE THEM is my advice they zero on customer service from start to finish

"PRESTIGE PARKING NO WAY"
I would like to thank Prestige Parking Meet & Greet during my recent vehicle return on Thursday 17th November 2022 at Heathrow Airport Terminal 5. There was a problem with my battery and they sorted out the problem in quick time in under 30 minutes and got my vehicle back with the engine running. I was able then make my return journey back to Portsmouth. They were very quick to ring my mobile and ask questions about the location of the battery so they could sort out the problem ASAP.
However, my experience when dropping off my vehicle at Terminal 5 Heathrow Airport a week before was not up to the normal standard I have experienced with previous meet & greet services.
On my journey up to Heathrow Airport I contacted 07471101172 number as instructed in my confirmation email, 30 minutes before arriving at the drop off area and was told that a driver would be there to collect my vehicle when I arrived at the airport. On arrival at the airport there was no sign of anyone from Prestige Parking so I waited for 10 mins for them to arrive on site. When no one turned up I tried contacting 07471101172 and the number went to voice mail straight away but I was unable to leave a message as the voice mail box was already full. This happened at least 5 times before someone answered my call and they informed me that someone would be along in the next 5 minutes to collect my vehicle.
I had been waiting some 25 minutes by this stage and my pre-flight time was now being used up and it was looking like my wife and I would have to rush ourselves through bag drop off and airport security if we were going to have any time to relax before boarding our plane. Another 5 mins had past and still no one had arrived to collect my vehicle, I again phoned the contact number and was told that the person collecting my vehicle had gone to the wrong terminal at Heathrow and he was now on his way and would be with me in another 10 mins. Still no one turned up and I tried to contact 07471101172 without and joy with the call going straight to voice mail every time. In all I called this number 21 times trying to get someone out to collect my vehicle.
Eventually after waiting over 1 hour I received a in coming calling from another mobile number and when I answered it, the person making the call was standing 20 yards from me. He had been at the drop of place for at least 10 mins and hadn’t even bothered to ask if I was Mr Vincent with the vehicle that he was suppose to be collecting. At this time I was the only person with luggage standing around looking lost but it didn’t surprise me at all when I found out that the man’s grasp of English was very little to say the least.
So all in all, my drop off experience was totally appalling and I do not expect to have to make 21 mobile calls to make sure that my vehicle is collected correctly at the time of my booking which I had paid for, so that I can start my holiday calm and happy. To make things worse when I paid for my parking ticket charges I had to pay £11.40 so that he could then leave with my vehicle. On the return of my vehicle it looked like it had been out in storm for the last 7 days covered with mud all over the bodywork. They say you get what you pay for and I certainly won’t be using your company EVER again.

"Prestige meet and greet - did not deliver - do not use"
We waited 40 minutes for the driver to arrive which meant we had to be additional parking charges which we didn't release. Not the best start to your holiday. On the return journey we were due to have our car delivered back at 6.00 am - we called them at 5.17 and was advised that a driver would be sent as soon as possible. Was told at 5.56 that a car was leaving and would take about 15 minutes. 6.20 am rang again - I actually called 28 times and just went to ansaphone. Your driver eventually arrived at 7 am - 1 hour and 40 minutes after I called, quiet conveniently as another car had arrived that was using your services. We waited in the cold after a 10 hour night flight such an awful end to our lovely holiday. Prestige meet and greet certainly did not happen for us we are totally disgusted in the service, no apology offered or replies to texts or emails. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

This company promotes and supports rogue traders! Booked Meet & Greet via Deals4Parking. Firstly, you only find out once booked that you also are expected to pay for the vehicle entrance/exit fee. This is misleading and not advertised before booking.
We were only given a mobile number for the service provider. Called several times before someone answered. The man who met us at car park had zero paperwork so you have no evidence of how car is handed over. We asked where it would be parked and we were told a car park nearby airport.
Once landed at our destination we use tracker to find car has been left on a public road on an industrial estate. Next day alarm goes off - they move the car 3 miles to what looks like a house with bunch of caravans on site. Called the number to find out what they are doing with out car- no answer.
Called Police who advised they had received many recent calls regarding this company taking cars miles away without permission and not returning them for hours once landed.
For us we had to wait 45 mins from calling to drop car back to us. We were told that drop offs are on a first come first served basis!
Deals4Parking I see no longer offer services with Prestige parking yet they never once informed us of this and allowed us to be scammed. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

"Poor Service You Have to Pay to Enter and Leave"
Poor service not provided with clear details of booking. Their webpage price is not final price as you have to pay for the ticket to enter and leave car park so another £10.60 on top of parking fee. We phoned the number within specified time but driver was late. We kept ringing for updates and in the end they stopped answering our calls. The driver was unfriendly and blamed the office for extra parking charges. In addition, we had to pay more because he was late and the charge went into the next band of £8.50. Car was dirty when returned. I read reviews before booking which were ok but I would not recommend this company. We booked through deals4parking.
