A bunch of arrogant lying thieving criminals ..Late arriving to collect car, late arriving to drop off car...wish I had looked at reviews, appalling, car full of mud inside and out , dashcam unplugged , (what does that tell you) rude , didn't give a damn about arriving late because they still in bed wen you call them, we had 2 small children with us stood in cold waiting for a bunch of unprofessional muppets, I hope they get prosecuted, I hope they read the reviews, I hope they get same crap treatment in their lives !

"DO NOT USE"
Absolutely dreadful. Waited an hour and a half to get my car returned and despite being told it was on route, my app showed it was still parked. On route out it took 45 mi s for collection and I had made an error with the terminal but as they were so late it added to the pressure.
The car was filthy, had been used for a short distance in our absence. Bonnet had surface scratches and a dint.
I took photos before I left but they didn't even check the car are provide a formal handover.
Emailed to complain but no response.
Highly unprofessional. Cowboys just wanting to make a quick buck one thinks!

"Appalling Prestige Parking Meet and Greet"
Used Prestige Parking Meet and Greet - going out from LHR term 5. Truly dreadful, i had to phone their mobile number several times to get a response. Eventually after an hours wait (outbound and inbound) they kept me waiting an hour. On my return a gruff unpleasant driver brought my car, which was filthy. When i tried to leave the car park, the company had not paid the ticket so i had to pay a further £5.15 to exit in addition to an extra £14 i was told to pay on my arrival. Dreadful non existent customer service, DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY, they RIP YOU OFF!!!

"DO NOT USE"
If I could give this zero stars I would. When we arrived at the airport, they were 30 minutes late to collect my car, we also got charged a £5 drop off fee which was not stated beforehand. When we came to collect our car, they were 45 minutes late, even when we tried to call they would not answer. When they finally arrived we were charged another £5 drop off fee, again not stated beforehand. My car was extremely dirty on both the inside and out and was making horrible noises as the driver had changed all my cars settings. This company is awful, DO NOT USE.

WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE..
the driver was very rude, it takes them 10 to 12 calls before they will answer your calls,
you wait for them at least hour or more
they are hurry to collect car with any information they are just crooks, i got charges £20 arrived on time plus picking up your car at airport and dropping it for them that is additional charges.
the worst part,my car key was left under the tyres at the car park, they used my car, the millage went up, I got fine ticket through them. they are not picking my calls or replying email till date.. Dont use them there CROOKS and nasty

I paid an additional insurance fee in case I needed to cancel my car parking booking. Unfortunately, I did need to cancel the booking and when I contacted the firm for a refund they took £30 off despite the additional fee I had paid to protect this. I have emailed the firm several times and received no response

"AVOID THIS FIRM"
I called the firm 30 minutes before arriving at terminal 5, after arriving at the car park
it took another 4 phone calls before anybody turned up. That was on the 24th September, on return on the 8th Oct when the weather was not that warm, I phoned them when I got my luggage, after reaching the car park it took another 5 phone calls before my car turned up on checking the car it was covered in leaves and twigs, I would like to know were it was parked ?. On checking the boot before putting the cases in, the bag which I left in the boot, the contents were scatted in the boot it seems somebody must have checked the bag, to see what was there, I also have a suspicion petrol was syphoned out of the tank, I will NEVER use this firm again

"I am still waiting for my car after…"
I am still waiting for my car after your driver lied to me and told me it was stuck in traffic 45 minutes ago.
I first called at 06:12 when I had got through passport control they said to call back when I had my bags which I did, I have now been waiting over an hour for my car! I have called several times and I cannot get through until the 7/8th time and then when I do he tells me it’s on its way the traffic is bad!
This is not acceptable, I have just come off an overnight flight and want to go home however I am still no further forward with knowing where my car is! Everybody else has received their cars on time apart from us! I paid for a quick easy service yet it would have been better for me to have used public transport at this rate.
Please see attached the call log and the amount of times your staff member has not picked up the phone
I have paid for a service I don’t feel I have received and would like someone to contact me immediately about this matter.

"Cheap and Nasty"
I booked Prestige Parking Meet and Greet for Heathrow T5, drop off 28th Sept 2022, collect 12th Oct 2022. We waited over an hour for someone to arrive and take the car and over 1 hour 20 minutes for our car to be delivered. This despite our prompt phone calls to advise them we had arrived on both occasions. They put the phone down on me twice and refused to say when they would attend. When the driver turns up, he says that he has only just been given the job and so the fault lays with the office. I suspect they don't have enough staff. You also have to pay for the parking tickets when you drop off and collect the car. Will choose another company next time.

"Prestige parking Heathrow…AVOID!!"
I used prestige parking Heathrow, And there not worth the money you pay, unfortunately you pay cheap you get cheap! Dropping my car off was fine, trying to pick my car back up after travelling for 18 hours did not go so well! Car was booked to be dropped off at 7:30am to collect, I arrived at The meet and greet car park at 7 o’clock and didn’t get my car back till 8:30am! I kept ringing them and just kept going on to voicemail, so I used my wife’s phone and they answered straight away, funny that! Eventually when the car arrived, I asked the driver why has it taken you an hour and a half to drop my car off, and all I got back was “what?” , And then walked off to avoid me! I will never use them again, there an absolute shambles and rude! Prestige parking, nothing prestige about them!
