On the whole, Quintain Living is a great place to live, with modern amenities and a great local area. Most of the Residents Team genuinely seem to care and, in particular, Emilia is a real credit to Quintain. She was friendly, an absolute professional and managed to resolve my issues quickly.

"MOLD & Staff do not care about peoples health."
MOLD! The dismissive behaviour of some of the staff at Quintain has been shocking!
I was diagnosed by with Mold illness back in December 2023 and was told by my doctor I must be living in Mold. I found Mold spores in my kitchen and reported it. This was ignored for nearly 2 weeks.
I have was taking a lot of medicine and going for treatments to help my body detox the Mold. This was reported to Quintain.
Only when I became very sick and I confronted the main manager who is the Canada Garden manager. Only then something was done about it...Hardly.
Somebody came by to checked my apartment and done a damp test ( This is not how you test for Mold )
Quintain offered to do some Ozone treatment and cover the pain where the Mold was.
I was unhappy with the checks and delayed any works they offered because I was told by my doctor to get a ERMI test done ( This tests the environment for Mold. The results came back the high level it can come back )
I sent the report to the management team, with an urgent request to move. As this was effecting my health. Again, I heard nothing back.
I am still now waiting on a reply regarding the ERMI test. I have had nothing.
This was around December and was told I would need to pay a fee to leave ( Contract states home is unliveable they will find a new how or allow you to leave if not ) Even though a clause in the contract states the opposite.
During the whole of December I decided not to live in the apartment and came back in January. I slowly got sick again.
Could it get worse?
On the 8th floor some black Mold has been discovered by a neighbour. This was because of a leak in another apartment. I reported this once again to a particular manager and its has taken 2 weeks before having a team come out to take away the majority of the corridor wall and clean the area.
After speaking to the team doing the work, they mentioned how they are NOT remediation specialists, or know anything about Mold. Which means they have no idea how to safely remove Mold or dispose of Mold to ensure the safety of the residence in the building and on the 8th floor.
I entered one of the lift and the smell of Mold hit me like a tonne of bricks! When I mentioned this to the manager, a comment of " I couldn't smell it in the lifts earlier however "
Again, the dismissive behaviour is noted by many residents and is becoming very frustrating.
And this dismissive behaviour from this manager towards myself has been noticed by other team members of Quintain residence team and they urged me to write this review.
The ventilation is extremely poor in this building.
And I know of people who have had Mold on the 7th, 8th & 9th floor. The Hvac system is just not good enough.
Everyone who lives here has the exact same problem. The apartments are very dusty as a result.
Considering the amount of residents they have, the management and maintenance team have an unwillingness to help and ignorance around the matter is crazy.
This is a real shame because we have lived with Quintain a number of years, I write this review with the view that I hope they start taking matters like this more professionally because up until these experience I honestly loved living here.

"Living the high life in Wembley Park "
My wife and I have simply never lived in such a classy residence. We feel like we’re living in a five star star hotel. Everything works and if there’s a problem it is promptly solved.

"October 2023...moving day"
Last October 2023 when we decided to move in Canada Gardens, so far our stay is good. We would like to thank and commend the Peter (Polish guy) who helped our move smoothly and all our needs on the moving day was met. Everytime we see him in the reception even outside the building, he always gave us smiles and greet us. We forgot to thank him during our moving day but we will never forget how accomodating and friendly he is.

"It's not safe to live here"
It's not safe to live here! I was trapped in the lift alone and the lift dropped 2 floors. I kindly told the receptionist when I got out what happened to me, and asked him to lock the lift now to prevent someone else get hurt. But the receptionist didn't care and told me just use another lift. I thought he didn't understand and I repeated but he told me "Do not raise your voice, you can't instruct me what to do". I was extremely disappointed. I haven't recovered from the shock yet, but he completely ignored the hazard and didn't care about my safety. I just checked the lift is still running and I hope no one else gets hurt.

"Great location, flat and service"
Madison East is in a great location with great amenities in walking distance and benefits from being fairly new flats. Open layout and need appliances are really nice to have and the e service and maintenance has consistently been timely. The staff are great to work with!
