Recently, Quintain Living organised a magnificent event in Madison - International Women’s Day for all QL residents. We enjoyed it a lot as there were drinks, food, art crafts, a lottery, and, of course, catch up with our fellow neighbors. Special thanks to the Assistant Resident Manager Canada Gardens, YUSUF KHALIFA, who worked hard to make this event so amazing and special as the others that he organised.

It would be lovely to have more events like this, such as breakfasts, food, drinks, and family-friendly events in which we all could gather together, enjoying the time with friends and family.

Moving into my new flat has been an incredibly smooth and pleasant experience. Elaine Ko and Julia Whyte have been very helpful, both highly professional, attentive, and genuinely kind. The entire process was effortless and stress free, thanks to their support. Everything has been well-organized, and I truly appreciate the attention to detail. A fantastic place to call home!

Our move in was a great experience. The flat was spotless and everything was in perfect condition, exceeding our expectations. It's basically brand new.

The residents team have been so helpful as well with the move in and getting us settled in. Emilia and Anne have been great!!

"Unprofessional, aggresive and unacceptable "

Quintain Living operates with blatant disregard for tenants, resorting to unwarranted aggressive legal threats instead of proper communication.

I have a direct debit set up, meaning I should not have to make manual payments. Yet, Quintain Living still demands manual rent payments and, when questioned, ignores my queries and immediately resorts to legal threats.

I responded to their payment request with a valid query, which they completely ignored. Instead of addressing it, they immediately threatened eviction, revoked internet access, and restricted facilities—within days of their own request.

This has happened twice, and my previous complaints were also ignored. Their approach is aggressive, unprofessional, and unacceptable

Avoid Quintain Living at all costs.
