"Unprofessional behaviour when it comes to deposit refunds!"

Thank you for responding Quintain Living and your confirmation that I would receive payment within 3 working days (5 days ago). However, the payment has STILL NOT materialised - I’m beginning to wonder if it ever will?

So disappointed in your unprofessional attitude towards refunding deposits.

Moved back to Quintain Living into Beton, having lived here previously when it was Tipi (in Landsby). Imara (Leasing Associate) & Alisha (Leasing Associate) were both really helpful in getting the tenancy set up and getting me moved in! The buildings are still amazing inside and the areas surrounding them are still clean and well looked after.
The only issues I have found are minor, things do seem to take a little longer than hoped for (getting a new rail installed in a wardrobe for example), and the price to book the social spaces for private events has gone way up, but the resident's team are responsive, do clear things up eventually and are almost always available.

Just moved into the Robinson building and we love the look of everything. I just had a question about the gym. When we had our the house viewing we where told it would have a gym but we can’t find one anywhere. Do you know if this something you are working on providing. That was one of the key selling point of us picking to go with you.
