"Just what we needed"

We have really enjoyed our time living in the spacious 3 bedroom apartment. The place is well designed, contains all essentials and is well insulated meaning that we are never cold. We were able to settle in quickly and enjoy the proximity to local shops, gym/yoga, attractions and the tube station. The reception staff are really friendly and helpful too.

Prompt responses to maintenance requests, frequent communication and no nasty surprises with bills.

Friendly and courteous professionals who are constantly available in person to provide answers to your queries, and an all around pleasant living environment and experience.

The service and quality does come at a price, so be sure to ensure you are comfortable with the rental costs.

We've been living at The Robinson building for 6 months now and moving to quintain has been one of the greatest decision we took last year.

This experience was possible thanks to the amazing team at the building, specifically Liane and Asam, they've been so supportive and helpful even since before we moved in helping us receive the furniture before the moving date as well as giving lots of love to our dog Henry.

Is great to know that we count on an amazing resident team that will respond quickly to any query.

I wanted to share my experience of living in a Quintain development. I’ve been in my apartment for over three years now and I have nothing but good things to say about the company and my flat, they’re the easiest company to deal with and my flat is most convenient and nicest apartment I have ever lived in. In fact, I only rented the apartment while my other flat was being refurbished, that was three years ago! I didn’t move back to my old apartment, I’ve been here ever since - I think that speaks volumes!
