"ABSOLUTELY AWFUL"

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL, do not rent with this company at all costs, they just want your money and nothing else. Costumed service absolutely awful because their own “links” to pay ( which by the way, they do not give you a receipt of confirmation so if they “don’t find the money” you lose) failed and crashed many times and they blamed me! Lost flights, lost money, lost time for them to have a very big portion of the payment and turn me down over a situation that was their own fault! Costumer service absolutely terrible! They don’t inform you of anything and also requested to speak to a manager and was denied! Shame on this company with playing with peoples times and lives.
My mental has been destroyed dealing with these people telling me I’m lying. Never in my years of renting in London I have experience such unprofessional and untrustworthy agency.
KEEP AWAY. If you are renting, especially as an international person you’re better off finding someone else like residently.
Regarding to their reply to talk to email for concerns well I have called 3 times emailed 5 times and no response and they still have my money!!!!! Maybe instead of replying to reviews you should take the time to reply to your “tenants”! Absolutely angry at this situation.

"We were very happy about the property…"

We were very happy about the property management and customer services when we moved in one of the newest developments of QL two years ago. Shout out to Allen, Karolina, Shane and Sandley. Though QL’s services have been affected by the large amount of rental intake from the last summer, I would still recommend QL to friends who are moving to London from abroad because there are too many doggy private landlords out there. Hope QL can improve their service and keep up the good standard they used to have.

We've lived with Quintain for just over two years now and the experience has always been great. The apartments are spacious, modern and comfortable and certainly feel like home.

The resident team are amazing and are always on hand to help with any queries we have. From parcel collections, to maintenance queries, to discussions about moving into a larger apartment, they are always incredibly helpful and kind. To name a few, Frank, Allen and Petra have been great during our time here.

Any issues are always resolved easily and thoroughly through the Quintain app. It's clear to see that Quintain and the residents team really care about the wellbeing of the residents here.

I am having the best experience with Quintain Living team. They are super professional, caring. You get the best service you could imagine it’s guaranteed. They look after Their tenants carefully and they go above and beyond to help you with all your queries and residential matters . All of them are great but honestly Sandley Jayasinghe, the resident associate of Alameda building is literally the best. She helps me a lot with any issue I am facing on a timely manner, she is super professional and friendly.. I really can’t describe how helpful is she…. Quintain team is very lucky to have such an employee. Big shout to her amazing job. She does her best to provide the best tenants service. Thank you soooo much Sandey you are AMAZINGGGGG!
I highly recommend it.

"The buildings are modern with cosy…"

The buildings are modern with cosy common spaces making it easy for residents to socialise and share memories.

Quintain management as with most is all about the bottom line and do not pay attention to resident's needs. For example, the introduction of increments during the pandemic (by way of utilities), when most had lost jobs are are struggling was insensitive. Little wonder most had to move out.

The best part of living in Alameda for me is the location. The residents team, ever smiling and ready to help make it worthwhile. I have had incidents where residents have brought my parcels upstairs, or helped with my shopping bags. They are so warm, welcoming and go above and beyond to support residents.
Special shout-outs to Sandley, Jasmina, Allen, Petra and Farouk. Great team!

Alameda is a great place to live!

We love living in Wembley Park and in Alameda, there is so much on your doorstep and the apartments are so nice, sometimes I don’t want to leave! Our concierge team, Allen, Jasmina, Sandley and Petra are amazing, really helpful and welcoming and will go out of their way to help or advise on anything!
