Internet connectivity will be a big issue. The wifi connection provided is always down and they charge for it every month. No option to opt out of it..

Internet is horrendous. Can't comprehend how in 2022 having a stable fast internet connection is so hard.

Honestly these people are trash.

The WiFi is trash. The residents teams are trash. Maintenance is trash. I really can't be bothered anymore.

If you can't deal with the amount of residents that you have, stop popping up shoddy buildings all around Wembley every two weeks.

The service of this company said to provide has gone downhill overtime while rent has increased in a crazy rate.

Many of the responsibilities of the landlords has shifted to the renters(ex: utilities meter, internet issues, appliances issues).

Concierge are nice but they can’t provide any help when issues arises (then what are they there for?)

The recent internet issue is unacceptable as many of us rely on internet to earn our living.

The response that we have gotten towards this issues is utterly unacceptable.

10/10 would not recommend.

"Modern Apartment with Primitive Internet"

Whilst the apartment and area is lovely, it's hard to enjoy it when the internet is this bad. Constantly getting disconnected which is making wfh impossible. Gaming has its own set of issues as well as the useless portal means you're stuck with a strict NAT type and certain smart home devices are just completely incompatible. I'm fed up of emails saying they are 'working on it', velocity1 are the most useless internet company I have ever encountered in my life with slow responses and no useful communication.
The fact we are paying a premium for this so called convenience is a joke, can't switch providers is the worst part. Hope you have unlimited mobile data because you'll be using it 95% of the time.

Buildings nice but not worth it with terrible management. Internet cutting out more than 10 times a day recently. Disrespectful and dismissive staff. Its a struggle to get any problems solved.
