"The service has gone from best to…"

The service has gone from best to worst. They are the least cooperative now. There is a lot of miscommunication and flaws, with no concern for the tenants. I'm not sure how they charge for the utilities, as we were travelling for an entire month and switched off all the appliances, heating and didn't use water of course as the apartment was empty. Still they charged us the usual amount like the previous monthd when we consumed the utilities. Cannot trust them. Some of the staff were particularly rude. We have lived here for three years and leaving them with a bad taste. Utterly disappointed and hurt by their lack of support.

The on-site team are always willing to help with any issues you may be having in Canada gardens. Especially Shane- going above and beyond whenever we need help and ensuring the issue is fixed and not forgotten! Thank you!

The Concierge team have helped me feel safe and secure in Quintain at great lengths - and in doing so, have really enhanced my living experience here!

They also always extend their kindness to my assistants who aren't residents, but are treated with the same welcoming.

It is very important for me to live somewhere with people I can trust around me. I know that if I'm ever in trouble or in need of help, Scott, Ifty and Shane would be there for me in an instant!

Amazing service from the residents team, especially Laszlo. Such a friendly atmosphere and they are always ready to help, even when I falsely accuse the yodel drivers of stealing my packages lol! Feel really safe too, which can be a rare feeling when living in an apartment in London. I didn’t think I would ever sign a three year tenancy agreement because I don’t like feeling trapped but I hope time goes by so slowly now lol love it!

The residents team of Landsby is very helpful, Milton, Laszlo, Faisal and Karolina are always there to assist us with anything that comes up. We have been living here since 2021 September and we absolutely love it here, beautiful building and apartment. And the are us new as well.

I've been living in QL’s Canada Gardens for a couple of months, the front desk staff was amazing, always helping whenever you need them. Especially Shane and Scott were extremely helpful with answering all my questions and solving all of the issues.

The resident team and building manager are the best and always happy to help you when needed. It’s always special and great to have a laugh with them.
