"Great experience!"
Great experience!
All the process was great, from the visitings to living, smooth and easy process. Living here is awesome, worth it. Great apartment, neighbourhood and building facilities. Haven't had any problem.

"Cheerful smiles at the reception"
My stay, at Madison, so far was good. I can easily notice the efforts that management had put in for excellence. What I appreciate the most is their eagerness to help, thank you!

"Very happy with our home"
My partner and I live in Landsby for the last 2.5 years. We really like our house and its balcony. Recently we got a very nice gym in our building. Landsby is also very clean and taken good care of by Quintain. The staff is lovely and very helpful. Wembley park is also very beautiful and we like how it is developing.
However, at least over the last year, events are so difficult to attend as they get sold out in minutes, and Quintain does not increase their number. This has resulted in us attending only one event within a year (!), which is quite bad when you think that events are a part of the rent we pay.
We believe that after Tipi changed to Quintain Living, some things have changed to worse (eg charging for more amenities).

"The entire process was very friendly…"
The entire process was very friendly and systematic, right from the inquiry stage to final check-in. The virtual viewing helped as we were not in London during those days! Lewis was there to answer all the queries and also for the smooth onboarding process!
The apartment along with the social spaces are just as shown online and I would really recommend Quintain to anyone looking for a property.

"Great Place to Live"
Costco, Sainsburys, Co-Op Food, and Lidle are readily available. Curry's, Boxpark, are just down the road. Marks and Spencers and a whole range of branded retail stores are just 7 minutes away for your clothing needs. VUE is also available together with other high end restaurants with bars and confectioneries. The Hilton and other hotels are also accessible.
You have the option of parking your car in the basement with electric car charging stations. You do not fear transport strikes because of close proximity of both Underground and Overground stations.
Wembley is a cosmopolitan area. You'll meet different kinds of people, as different as football fans. People are generally young. There's a library, child care facility, various playgrounds, hair salons, a pool and various gyms. You frequently get invites from Quintain to attend events to meet people.
Noise is not really heard and noisy neighbors are dealt with a call to the concierge. They stop being noisy long term. Trash is disposed of through shoots and there is also an available rubbish collection area on the ground floor of Madison West. All you have to do is ask the concierge for temporary access.
You don't fear burglary and even if you lose your fob in the middle of the night the concierge will let you in and provide you with a replacement. Great appliances and available cleaning services allow you to work continuously throughout the week.

"Loving my new home …"
Finding a pet friendly place in London is really stressful and almost impossible. Since booking the appointment Quintain Living has been great. Gabriel Claus did an amazing job showing us our new home and Mohammed Wais hold our hand every step of the way. Mohammed even helped me when I got cold feet due to the pet license agreement which sounded as if the complex was not pet friendly at all. If it hadn’t been for Mohammed I would have missed out living in a great area, building and with awesome people who make this feel as home like Noemi.
Thank you everyone!

"Fantastic Flat in a Great Location"
Absolutely love the flat I've rented; good size with excellent amenities and feels very homely once all set up. The access to the gym that comes with the tenancy is fantastic, and the area is lovely; lots of great things to do and can't beat being 2 mins from Wembley Stadium itself! Very satisfied all in all and cannot recommend enough!

"No hidden fees??(RUN) There are many…"
No hidden fees??(RUN) There are many hidden fees ! You have to pay monthly if you own a pet, you are also paying for bills, they’re not included , and paying for car park, car park is very pricey! & on top you’re paying a high Rent! The apartments are tiny not worth it!And the Quintain activities are pointless, they’re on zoom & never engaging! Once you sign the tenancy agreement you’re alone! Don’t give your energy to Quintain!

"Like a hotel; great facilities"
The apartments are really nice as a standard, but everything provided in addition really makes the complex what it is. The place is stunning, especially in the summer. The building management is super friendly (shout out to Shane, Sonam, Ifthi, and Scott). There are work-from-home spaces throughout the complex, from the WFH Cabins to the meeting room. The podium garden is quiet and relaxing and features a vibey Clubhouse (amongst other things, like great BBQs) for working, socialising or private events. The rooftop is perfect for chilling and socialising and has great views of the stadium and into London. Good parcel/delivery management. Big residents car park. There's even a mini-library. I could go on, but go for a tour and you'll see.

"Since moving in almost a year ago"
Since moving in almost a year ago, Shane has made living at Quintain not only seamless with any issues raised but always welcome; it’s like having friends who make loving where you live easier
