"Quintain and Wembley Park is Amazing! 5 STARS!!!"

I have lived here with my husband for 2 years, 1 year in the Ferrum development and this past year in Canada Gardens.

We have just renewed our tenancy for a 3rd year and could not recommend Quintain enough! The apartments are gorgeous, each have their own style, if you decide to go for a furnished option, the quality is amazing (House of Fraser furnishings and Samsung appliances) and it feels like living in a showroom!

I've moved around rental properties for over 10 years and can honestly say I've never seen this kind of standard in a rented home, and considering this is London, the value is exceptional.

Add on the social spaces and gardens, (BBQ's, work from home pods, allotments, gyms, paddling pools and children's play parks) and the 12 minute tube ride to Baker St station, I'd say renting with Quintain is a no brainer!

Next, the resident team are simply lovely. we're always greeted with a smile when we come home, and they're always on hand to help us with anything that we need. Scott, Ifty, Shane, Sonam and the rest of the team - THANK YOU for being wonderful!

Finally, Wembley Park itself is just an incredible place to live. We go for a walk every morning before work and still marvel at how cool it is to live by the stadium and to have everything Wembley park has to offer on our doorsteps.

Love living here! The staff are great, super friendly. Shane and the gang are a pleasure to walk in to in the evening. Clean, tidy, peaceful. Best place I've ever lived.

"Canada Gardens a Utopia? I think so"

I chose Canada Gardens because I wanted a home that was safe, a peaceful haven away from the mad bustle of London, while still having the city on your door steps - essentially I wanted the best of all worlds and I am not disappointed. The apartments have spacious layouts and modern furnishings and appliances, the gardens are green and there are many work from home and entertainment areas should you want to get out. The gym is an added bonus to a long list of pros! All of this is good but it is the staff at Canada Gardens that make it great. Thank you to the cleaning team that keep all of the communal areas looking great! Ifty and Shane are always happy to welcome anyone who walks through the doors and along with Scott are all extremely knowledgeable about the logistics behind all things Quintain - Thank you! A shout out to Imara who helped us secure our first apartment and now our new apartment. We are looking forward to being residents with Canada Gardens for another year!

The concierge team in CG are always welcoming and friendly - willing to assist where possible.

Myself and my fiancé have been here just over a year and a half now in Alameda,we still love living here and can’t wait to continue renting here, the staff in the building are amazing, special shout out to Sandley, Allen, Yasmina, Terry and Daniella! Everyone in the reception team is really helpful, available 24/7, and have been especially helpful taking into consideration the pandemic and its implications.
