I am writing to express my heartfelt gratitude for your exceptional services and support during my tenancy at Emerald Gardens followed by Repton Gardens. Time files, I had been left this lovely place for almost 4 months. Hoping it is never too late to take a moment to extend my appreciation for the wonderful experience I have had under your management.

Hi Ashley, Lewis, Gabriel, thanks for your coordination works and spent time showing different apartments. Finally, we managed to find our home at Quintain Living. Your professionalism and responsiveness have been commendable, making it a pleasure to live in the apartment. I have to highlight Gabriel is a STAR!

Moreover, I have to say BIG THANK YOU to Carla who always friendly and approachable nature has made me feel valued as a tenant. I always felt comfortable reaching out to you with any questions or concerns, and you never hesitated to lend a helping hand or provide valuable advice. Carla, you are amazing!

Whenever there were maintenance issues or concerns, you always addressed them promptly, ensuring that the living conditions remained pleasant and well-maintained. Your commitment to ensuring a safe and habitable environment for your tenants is truly commendable, and it made a significant difference in my living experience.

Pauline, thanks for your effortless to explain the utilities bill to me! Your patience and professional attitude are impressive!!

"Deposit returns take up to a year apparently…"

I only gave an extra star cause I actually enjoyed my time living there for the most part, but my experience has been completely soured by how long it’s taken them to refund my deposit, it’s been over a year and I’m still emailing and waiting for them to reply back and resolve the issue. it takes the alameda team forever to reply, sometimes months just to get one email and then you get ghosted again. It’s been extremely frustrating and it seems leaving an honest review about how disappointed I am with the service, is the only way they’ll reply and resolve this issue. It shouldn’t take over a year to complete the deposit return process

Edit: even after their “reply” to this review. I sent another email a week ago and still no response. that’s a total of 4 emails in one month. I sent another one today and I have no expectations they’ll respond and resolve the issue at this point. It seems they just reply to every review for the optics, and I’ll most likely be waiting another year before this gets fixed. still extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the service, they lack urgency and can’t seem to sort out issues with tenants efficiently. I shouldn’t have to email multiple times and wait over a year now to have one simple issue resolved

Canada Garden is a great place to live. The contemporary building offers excellent services, and there is a fantastic view from the rooftop, especially during events at the stadium. While we were living there, we maintained good communication with Yusuf, who resolved all our issues. Thank you!
