I lived in alameda for a year without any major issues. The utilities which are mentioned frequently were sorted out after one over charge and they were very helpful with our disrespectful neighbours. We have stayed in the community just moved buildings. Special shout out to Brunel, Yasmin and Naomie on the front desk. Always willing to help and friendly!!!

"Paid Quinatin 75k…refusing to renew due to discrimination "
So after 3 years of giving Quinatin £75k in rent apparently I've a 'bad payment history'. All because I refuse to pay incorrect utilities charges which are clearly documented in these reviews and by many residents??!!
I came here fleeing domestic abuse and now being told they won't renew my tenancy...which is all because I've been vocal about the mismanagement, ongoing sewer issues and poor repairs.
I'm a single mother with a disabled child...Quintain are a disgrace and are tryiing to exclude people like me from living here dispite paying huge amounts above the local average. They hide behind obscure emails and when you try to call accounts to discuss their threatening letters they avoid us.
They've racially profiled my guests and refused them entry, entered my apartment without authority when I have an underaged child.. the list goes on. They certainly seem to only prefer a certain type of tenant...
They sack all the nice staff or they leave..
Beware...especially if you're a minority
