"American Expat in London"

American Expat: Moving to the UK is tough (credit history doesn't transfer), and finding a home in a new country is even more challenging, but Quintain Living went out of its way to bend its policies and help us find our home. I am sure I was a Pain to the staff, but they never lost their cool and patiently walked me through the process. I am happy!

"Ones of the best apartments in Wembley…"

Ones of the best apartments in Wembley Park, although prices are a bit higher too, especially for studios/one bedroom apartments. There are many different options to choose from, but it takes time to complete all steps, so you have to be patient :)

"Living at Quintain for almost a year…"

Living at Quintain for almost a year now has truly been a breath of fresh air for me. As someone who values their space and mental well-being, Quintain Living has been thoughtfully designed to make me feel truly at home. Despite some initial delays in response time when I first moved in, the staff's kindness, helpfulness, and overall pleasant demeanor have made all the difference. Their polite and attentive nature ensures that any concerns I raise are promptly addressed, leaving me with a sense of care and support. I genuinely love it here. Also thanks to Yusuf Khalifa and the team at the front desk. Truly incredible people.

"Quintain Living Utilities has significant issues"

Quintain Living has significant issues with utilities, and despite multiple follow-ups, there has been no update on the resolution. We experienced a non-functioning hob for three weeks in February, which made it difficult to cook at home, yet our utility bills remained unchanged. Additionally, the heater was shut off from February onwards, but we still received high charges for heat consumption. Furthermore, due to an error from Quintain, we were charged one-off fees for underbilling between November 2023 and January 2024. These utility issues are not isolated to us; other residents are also facing similar problems.

"nice staff but bad soundproofing"

The soundproofing here is not good. Despite the staff being very nice and willing to help me with the noise issues, the neighbor's kids scream both in the morning and at night, and I can hear it very clearly. I recorded videos to document the mornings when I was woken up by the kids' screaming, a terrible experience.

"I had a disappointing experience with…"

I had a disappointing experience with one of the leasing associates Richard green from Quintain living when searching for a flat.

The assistance provided was inadequate, and the communication was poor throughout the process. Despite my efforts to obtain necessary information, it was often not available when needed.

The leasing associate assigned to me had only been with the company for five weeks and, unfortunately, lacked the experience and knowledge to provide effective support. This resulted in a frustrating search process, and ultimately, I received a message at the end of the day informing me that the property l was interested in was no longer available as he was off for 3 continuous days and didn’t assign me other associate to assist.

Additionally, I was booked for a viewing, but when I arrived, I was told that the property could not be shown because someone was living there.

Furthermore, they had no similar properties to show me just because I turned up. They shouldn't have booked me for a viewing in the first place if they couldn't show the property.

This experience highlighted significant gaps in communication and a lack of proper support from the leasing associate. I hope the company addresses these issues to improve their service for future clients.

"I would like to compliment Carolina and…"

I would like to compliment Carolina and Milton who are forever helpful to me and I also notice other residents receiving a similar service. They are friendly and professional at all times. Very easy to approach with a huge welcome and solves all problems to the best of their ability. But most of all always feeling safe and valued.

"Misleading advertising"

My review is specifically to do with advertised prices for flats. We’re aware of Quintain living having discounts like getting the first month of rent free, but this is calculated into an average price of the flat and advertised. This means, a flat that goes for 3300 pounds with the first one/two months is advertised as a flat going for 2900 pounds. This feels like false advertising and it would be better if the original price of the listing is kept and the discount is written separately.

We’ve reached out to different agencies that advertise Quintain living flats that have had to explain how they calculate this price, and it feels very misleading.
