"The maintenance manager Rebecca is completely useless"
The maintenance manager Rebecca is completely useless. We had multiple issues in our apartment where pipes in our ceiling began to leak and we had months of maintenance requests and conversations to deal with. We were left with holes in our roof for over three months and plaster dust that is still covering our walls and doors as a cleaning team is unable to be booked in.
As we still await the end to this situation, the maintenance manager Rebecca is refusing to answer any of our emails and is denying all responsibility of her actions within our situation. Due to the lack of communication by this maintenance team, we have had to involve the manager of our building, Yusuf, and even the Leasing Director of Quintain Living, Nathan, to get some movement started. Both Yusuf and Nathan were very helpful and the only people who got some movement with our situation.
Paying this amount of rent for this apartment and not even being able to communicate with the maintenance manager for leaking pipes and holes in the roof is horrible.
If you rent from Quintain, i hope you don’t have any serious maintenance requests as they won’t be answered by Rebecca.

The resident manager, Petra, was very helpful throughout the moving process. She was flexible and accommodating toward my requests, providing prompt responses to my questions to ensure I received the necessary information on time, even on a Friday evening. I would also like to thank the maintenance team, as they are always very helpful and friendly. Overall, my experience has been very positive. The apartment is very comfortable and well-maintained, as are the hallways and the building.

It took me less than 3 days to get everything, including referencing, sorted out with Quintain. I'd like to thank Mohammed, Ibrahim and Cynthia who were all incredibly helpful and really speed with their responses. I'm moving from Ireland so their customer service skills and just general friendly tone put me at ease when I'm dealing with a stressful situation. Great staff!

From my experience they honestly couldn't care less about their tenants. Firstly, they will try and screw left right and centre regarding utilities. Think electricity is high at the moment well double that with Quintain. They don't care whatsoever about their electricity contract because they just transfer that cost to us so their cost per kwh was seriously double the average UK cost per kwh, going over the price cap for energy. They quoted £180 pm on utilities and must have charged us an average of £400 pm average (we don't use nearly £130 in our new place). Every month it was a battle to pay our rent with their payment methods barely functioning as well. We moved in with the assumption that stuff like trash shoots, lifts etc would be working yet not throughout the whole year that we were there did the trash shoots work and there was constantly at least one lift non function for the majority of the time. (in a big building this is an issue) If you even tried to complain or ask for an update with the staff, you better wish you had one of the nice people because some of the receptionists were seriously unpleasant. Some you girl that we started seeing towards the end of our tenancy (in june 2024 cherry house, wembley) treated one of the amazon delivery drivers like they were an object, it honestly horrifying, just yelled at them like they were trash.

We had an issue with our tenancy in another building and Yusuf swooped in to help. I wanted to write a review because I really appreciate Yusuf taking the time to support me when I am not even one of his residents. He went out of his way to meet in person to reassure me and was very quick to respond to queries. If you have Yusuf looking after you- you are in good hands.

"Random charges, inexplicable payment links"
DON'T RENT THIS APARTMENT. I live in Canada Garden of Quinayin Living. I am about to check out these days, but I received a payment link of more than 1,000 pounds inexplicably. There is no detailed information in it, just a payment link. I sent an email to ask, but I didn't get any reply. And my rent is paid every six months. After I paid the second phase of rent with the payment link they provided (using a local British bank card), a few months later, they came to me again to charge me a 2% link fee for payment. This is really ridiculous. The apartment will hardly reply to any emails, and will only send payment links inexplicably without any explanation. I have lived here for two years. In the first year, they behaved very formally and never charged me randomly. Since they changed the team, the situation has become worse and worse. And this random charging situation is not only encountered by me, but also by other friends around me.

I just have to say that we moved into Canada Gardens Thomson building two weeks ago. I would hire Jonathan, Yusuf, Salma and Piotr ANY day! Those four made our week! Jonathan and Piotr met us and gave a warm welcome and overview of logistics and move-in instructions. They opened the docking area gate six times for us in one day and not once did they appear to be frustrated to get up and open the gate. Jonathan arranged for us to use another trolley from the Renolds building because the one in Thomson was broken down and the other one was being used. They both answered ALL our questions and went the extra mile to ensure we have a wonderful experience in moving in. Hats off to both of them. Yusuf went beyond the mark in coming up to our flat and explained how EVERYTHING with our appliances work. He is so helpful and customer-service oriented! He has found solution for us regarding other issues as well. Salma has always helped us find solutions to our questions with a smile especially regarding the mail box and package drop-off room. These workers are the "FAB FOUR". Thank you!!
