If you are looking for a hassle free rental experience, this is a good place. Please do your due diligence as well on existing rental rates and the condition of the apartment before signing a contract. But rest assured the team at Repton Gardens is usually quite prompt, the night front desk folks are always there to lend a helping hand, especially during a health emergency, witnessed this firsthand here. And they make a very conscious effort to keep the community engaged. Rental rates might be slightly on the higher side but that is mostly the premium attached to safety, convenience and well furnished apartments.

What a horrible company can't keep their word had been made false promises to be got back to in regards and enquiry but it was I that found myself contacting them several times over a period of a whole month and as of yet the enquiry hasnt been resolved I kept getting "sorry nobody got back to you will put put you as priority and whatever other garbage they could come up with to satisfy me over the phone" had my hopes up each time that I was going to speak to someone, how lame honestly good luck to everyone else.

I’ve just moved in to Quintain Living at Alameda and the residents team has made it a wonderful experience.

The amenities are wonderful and the rooms are great as well.

Really nice flat. The living space is quite good and the reasonable price is a attraction point. Particularly the reception service is great. I lost my key and they help me change a new one very quick. I enjoy that time and hopefully I would like to live here for longer time.

Frustrating tenancy renewal process

We have been happy tenants of Quintain Living for the past 2 years but the recent tenancy renewal process was (and continues to be) extremely frustrating. We had been chasing since April for a new tenancy agreement and as result our starting date has been postponed twice. We finally managed to get this signed in August. In the process, their accounts team calculated our rent once on the basis of a contractual rolling tenancy uplift (which was thankfully corrected in time) and for the second time based on not explained to us calculations which resulted in an amount higher than our rent (which has been debited from our account even though we flagged this as incorrect). After we managed to get our tenancy agreement signed, their accounts team requested again a payment of the whole rent amount (regardless of the over-payment debited that month). After lots of following up the amount was "corrected" but wrongly again, as it was not accounting for the higher amount debited from our account this month...

Overall, a very messy process and there seems to be no effective communication between their back-office teams.

Additionally, other than sending an email to the residents team address, we were not told about any other way to raise a formal complaint or to escalate this process even though we asked for it.

Thanks to Yusuf and front desk team who did much better job in explaining the cash differences and seeing this process through than their account team or management.

We are very satisfied with our experience living in Landsby for more than 2 years now! The residents team is amazing. Karolina, in particular, was exceptionally helpful throughout our renewal process. She went over and beyond to ensure everything was smooth and stress-free. What I loved about living in Beton was their amenities - beautiful rooftop, on site gym, entertainment mezzanine, dedicated parcel room, secured entrance, and their friendly resident team. Quintain Living Resident Team has always been helpful and supportive. Our concerns were always dealt with promptly. Yazmin was absolutely amazing and friendly and always welcomes you with a smile on her face. Thank you Quintain Living for those 3 beautiful years we’ve spent with you. More power to you!
