My wife and I have been here at Madison West for 10 months and it has been the best experience. We landed from South Africa and the team has made it the best most comfortable convenient stay. Shane and Team always take the time to chat and make sure all is well. We have recently extended our stay for another year.
The team makes living here totally stress free.
Looking forward to another year.

"Quintain living team is a total scam"
Quintain living team is a total scam. The place is nice to live, but they will eat up all your money and never respond/address to your queries where money is involved.
I left Quintain Living due to their unexplainable high utility charges , no response/actions for incorrect amount charged. I paid a certain amount for end of tenancy cleaning to a company with which Quintain has partnered for EOT cleaning, I even dropped them email regarding this and still they have sent me an invoice for cleaning and damages. I have sent them numerous emails to provide me pictures for damages , but they are not responding. Also they incorrectly charged me £40 extra for utility and are not returning it to me.

Stayed in Repton Gardens for a year. It is a lovely complex with great amenities. Never felt away from home. Great location and safe space. The residents team has been extremely approachable and helpful always.

DO NOT RENT AT QUINTAIN
During our stay, me and my girlfriend, (both students) complained multiple times in person and through the portal about our bathroom fan not working, which is a dangerous hazard that can attract mould. This had never gotten fix in over 9 months. Furthermore, the trash chute on our floor never worked. We have been very collaborative with Quintain Living, as they had made a mistake in the first contract for the tenancy which was signed and we agreed to change it, the mistake was regarding our payment which in the first contract stated it was monthly, they then asked to change it and have us pay 6 months upfront. We paid exorbitant fees in order to terminate our contract early which amounted to 3 months of rent (even though we gave 3 months of notice), and many other scenarios. Now we have been dealing with issues regarding the way we left our apartment. We hired a professional cleaner for 100 pounds as they request you to clean the flat professionally. Once we left London we got an email in which Quintain claimed that they had to clean our flat and are requesting 340 pounds from our deposit. Having to lose over 300 pounds due to "cleaning fees" of a clean small one bedroom apartment sounds completely unfair and just a way to shake the last few hundreds out of our pockets.

DO NOT RENT with Quintain Living. I moved out of the property in October 2023, over 8 months ago, and Quintain are refusing to repay my deposit despite agreeing the full amount should be paid back to me. I’ve discussed with the new resident, who has also paid a deposit, which has not been protected as mine is still in the TDS holding. I’ve patiently waited for Quintain to resolve the issue just to be told “not much longer now” or actively ignored, so unfortunately it looks like I will have to go through the hassle of small claims court.
Save yourself the hassle of this scam and rent elsewhere, it is not worth it.

"In my humble opinion"
In my humble opinion, the Robinson’s team has an excellent work dedication. Unlike the other complexes within Quintain, the residence team in the Robinson makes you feel safe taking their work to the next level to ensure no transpassers, no incidences and ensuring safe passages in terms of avoiding the big crawds during wembley events. Ifty, the Assistant Manager in particular is a very hard working individual, who gives positive vibes that fits perfectly with the envirounment of the building. Furthermore, in case of an emergency he is the first person to contact as he helped me and other residence in terms of health regarding problems and any other administrative issues that might appear.

"Landsby East Garden (residents garden)…"
Landsby East Garden (residents garden) and the flat next door to me (which is empty and is being advertised for rent) has apparently been taken over by many different and random people filming god knows what. Leaving doors open (fire hazard) and using residential property for commercial purpose? Propping up doors because they likely have not been issued any keys. Who are they? Why are they here? Who is getting paid to let them in? Reported it to concierge but they are still here. Taking pictures and reporting to Head office tomorrow. No peace in this place. I am sure my contract states I have the right to quiet enjoyment of my flat.

"Sky high rent, overcharged utilities and more"
Wish I could give 0 star as it doesn't deserve any stars
Rent - super high and no discounts for existing tenants
Utilities - not charged according to actual usage...watch out the bills
Early termination - one month notice plus two months penalty
Extension - not possible..prepared to pay for 30% more than the usual even with early notice
Service - Residents Team overall sincere and nice..but the Leasing/Sales Team are very arrogant and will look down on you if you meep asking questions about the apartments...disgusting
