I am sure it was probably my fault, but I had problems getting my purchased Office 2016 to work after I installed it. I was worried about that when I started. I used their on line tech support and though it took some time, Dan immediately worked me through the re-installation and got my software up and running.
You needn't be apprehensive about getting the software you purchase up and running quickly.

Overall a bad experience due to the fact that product sold is invalid for activation and the seller is refusing to refund the purchase after multiple email attempts pushing the customer towards Microsoft product phone activation without disclosing the terms at the moment of purchase.
