I was logged out and when I tried to sign back in it said my account was closed due to being inactive for 90 days. I had completed several tasks today and had $21 built up in rewards. I was on over a 20 day log in streak. It’s annoying enough that more than half of the surveys I start, I get kicked out of after answering questions for 10 minutes, but I accepted it. It sucked when for whatever reason it didn’t acknowledge I downloaded a game and had done several tasks and now was out of luck. Completely shutting my account and saying it was inactive for 90 days when I have multiple emails saying my account was awarded rewards today alone, is ridiculous.



I’ve contacted customer support and was told my account doesn’t exist and they don’t know where I got the emails from. I did a screen recording showing me hitting the forward button so that my email, in addition to just my name would show up in the body of the email, as well as the email address and name from KashKick. Someone had been responding to me at first, but then that person stopped responding and someone else replied and thanked me for bringing it to their attention and said they’d eventually get back to me. I was able to log in again, once, and now, instead of it saying I was deactivated because of inactivity, my account is on hold for “unusual activity.” It says to fill out a form and submit. I did that and it sent me an email to reactivate my account, that doesn’t have a link in it. It’s just an email that says:

The link doesn’t work and there’s nothing actually there to copy and paste in the browser.

At least Fetch gives you what you earn and if there’s a problem they actually address it and help you fix it immediately. Only being able to get gift cards is a drawback, but you at least actually get them and not some excuse and deflection that it must be your fault somehow that their app is glitchy.

I am updating my review as it was a misunderstanding. However kashkick did assist me in the matter of not receiving my deposit and I am happy now that I know that this company is really legit! Thanks kashkick for your assistance and yes they never ignored me all correspondence was sitting in my spam mail so please always check your spam mail. I will continue to refer this company to others!
