"Why does the tracking randomly stop…"

Why does the tracking randomly stop working and then I don’t get credited for my completed goals???

Support did not resolve the issue because I am as of now $7.00 short on my account and the timer is still running on the goals to complete. And to that I will meet the next goal as well which will add another $8.00 to my account. ( I am currently at level 818 as of 5:00 pm today.).
You have given me a credit of $3.00 which means even if I stopped playing today I would still be short by $4.00 to my account. I have included a screen shot.

I'm grateful that this particular matter was resolved even though other matters it seemed like they blamed me for the tracking issue, instead of checking and correcting what the issue was but I'm grateful that this time that didn't happen because I have been unable to work for the last 2 years because of car accident injuries and a little bit of money that I do earn from the rewards helps because I have no income and have to depend on others to help me out financially until either my car accident case is settled or my disability is approved, so I'm so grateful that I am able to utilize the games to help with my mental disability to keep me calm and relax and actually earn some type of cash reward may not be a lot but every little bit helps. Thank you Steven S. for helping me to resolve this matter in a timely manner.
