Well my experience with customer service was a 5, they got back to me quickly & was so helpful & went above & beyond to fix the problem & it was all resolved within a day & I was so impressed! The problem is, so the original problem was I spent over 30 minutes doing a survey & when it was over & I clicked next the screen said error & so I didn't get credit for that survey & that was a lot of time to waste for such a little amount of money anyways, so I contacted customer service & like I said, he went above & beyond & even compensated me for my troubles. But the next day I did another survey, this one was even more time consuming & not just a "click an answer" but one where I had to write my thoughts & opinions on each one & I was over an hour in & almost finished, when once again I clicked the next screen, & it had an error & I couldn't go back & all my progress was loss. & This survey was gonna pay $1.22 or something like that which is the most I had ever seen, & once I started I realized why, but once again, this time it was over an hour of my time wasted. & I don't want to be contacting CS everyday for the same issue. So I didn't do anything about this one. But it makes me very reluctant to keep participating when I keep having this problem. The adds are just very deceiving, I knew it'd be exaggerating a bit cuz nothing is that easy, but it seems like a lot of time & effort for very little, & even worse when you spend all the time & then when you either hit the finish line or are about to it "errors" & you get nothing. I'm just so frustrated.

Logan.J. has been helping me with a credit issue. He has been fantastic! He's always polite and professional and has tons if patient helping me with my nominal tech skills. Of course I hope I get the money, but I believe Logan tried to do his very best for me. I wish you could tap a wrong key buy still be able to finish a survey. I've lost at least 6 to 8 surveys cause the keyboard covers where u type. And I hit return vs a period and wham! Survey gone and no money. :-(

"Not exactly happy with KashKick"

Tracking issues result in not getting credit for game play in my case. 3 days later and they had to "hand input" my progress to get my game rewards. According to them I may be SOL in getting future rewards as they will not hand input them again. Again hard to give a raving review when they can't guarantee your play can be tracked. I had to submit screenshot of game, screenshot of in-app purchases, screenshot of time spent in the game. It was ridiculous
