"Chocolate tea pots "

I’m editing this first paragraph after viewing other reviews post to this one and I’ve seen many comments on bad communication and false delivery data which is totally my experience so either listen to this or go ahead and order at your own risk of disappoint

I ordered a single lock shield with 10 mm pipe connection including drain off valve . With a shipping cost of £9.99 being more than what the part cost I understood this . But needed the part so went with the order . Called a week later as no sign of the part and was apologised and assured it would be with me within 5 days . Yet again no sign of it once again and no communication updating me . I called to see what’s happening . I was asked for my contact number to receive a call back and I received no call back . Had to let my customer down twice now .Avoid this company

Just bought 3 rads. Excellent advice when first contacted lots of info and advice given.
costomer service was very good. Good communication throughout. I’ll defo use again and would recommend.

Had the imperial sized radiator at a great price and delivery was better than other places i tried.
Delivery came on the date agreed ,

I ordered a Stelrad radiator over a week ago. They took my money promptly (of course) but then I heard nothing at all from them - no information as to a delivery date, nothing. I rang earlier this week and was told delivery was scheduled for today but no confirmation of any type. Today I rang to chase and was eventually emailed telling me that "they don’t have the stock which was due into the branch yesterday." They are now estimating mid-April. A waste of time and space made worse by poor communication (i.e. none) - avoid this company.

Firstly I thought their website was very clear and well designed. Secondly their customer service was really friendly and helpful. They helped with all my questions by email very quickly and professionally.

The radiator was delivered on time and earlier than expected although the communication needs to be one the same pace. But when I called them, the customer service team was very helpful and it was easy to get through.

"Good range and excellent service"

Having had Purmo Slieve radiators installed in an extension five years ago we have gradually been replacing the rest of our radiators with them as we redecorate the remaining rooms in the house. It is becoming more difficult to find companies that can supply them but Radiators.co.uk have a wide selection of makes and models and were very competitive on price. They stated that the lead time would be 14-21 days and that is exactly what it was. Excellent service!

This is the first time I have used Radiators.co.uk
I ordered 2 x Stelrad Vita Compact radiators the communication was good and the radiators arrived in time for fitting over the Bank Holiday Weekend. I did have to chase for a delivery date as the radiators are delivered directly from Stelrad so to a certain extent out of their control. When I called they were friendly and apologetic & immediately called Stelrad whilst I was on the phone and came back with the delivery day and time. This was the only issue on an otherwise faultless transaction
