Emailed them about delivery and was told between 7 and 10 days. After I ordered, got an email saying delivery would be 12 days. Not bad, but not what was promised.

"Radiators have proved to be unreliable"
I ordered a radiator on 15th August and payment was taken in full the same day.
Some time before 23rd August I was told the radiator would be delivered on Wednesday 28th of August. I rang and told Radiators UK that I would be on holiday and not in a position to accept the radiator on 28th, and could they re schedule for 2nd September, which they agreed to do. On 3rd September I rang to find out where the radiator was and was asked to wait for them to contact the carrier. After four hours I rang again and was told they were still waiting to hear from the carrier. A short while after that Radiators UK rang and told me there was no stock of this radiator and Myson (the manufacturer) had no idea when stock would be available and it was likely to be well over 6 months. How come they did not know about the stock situation when they took my money?
