"Nice rad, shame about the delivery"

The radiator arrived fairly quickly and seems ok to me.
It's a shame that I had no idea when the delivery would be, so they had to have two attempts to deliver it.
The delivery guy was very happy and helpful so all's well that ends well.

I have ordered radiators over the past 2 years for my house as it is being renovated and have always received very good customer service from the team.

I like the choice of products and variety of the Reina radiators that I have purchased.

I ordered 2 radiators from this company 1 was delivered on time and 1 was lost by the carrier. After a phone call with customer services they arranged for another radiator to be delivered next day. Both radiators have been installed and have made a big difference to the look and heat in the rooms. The radiators are good quality at a reasonable price.

"I ordered a Myson compact radiator to…"

I ordered a Myson compact radiator to replace an old Myson radiator that had gone rusty. Although I could have ordered another brand cheaper, and got next day delivery I wanted to keep all radiators the same. Unfortunately this was not in stock and had to be ordered from Myson. I was informed of the delay and quoted a delivery date. From my experience it will take approx 3 weeks from ordering before you receive the radiator from Myson. However I'm pleased I ordered from Radiators.co.uk. It arrived undamaged and looks great.

Having tried several companies to find a towel warmer in an usual size I came across radiators.co.uk. My call was initially dealt with by Lee who couldn’t have been more helpful, and I subsequently spoke to Danny who was equally as polite and helpful. It’s unusual nowadays to get such great service so I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company. Well done guys!

Easy to order arrived within a few days and although very heavy packaged well so in perfect condition, having a new kitchen so didn’t unpack or install straightaway but all good. Looks amazing in the room.

Ok at selling you a radiator. Completely useless if it is faulty or you need support. Just try to get out of doing anything or (allegedly) pass your issue into their supplier and you then hear nothing.

I'm sure it is great if you get what you want, for the price you want to pay. But if you have to return any items (which it says you can within 30 days on the returns section of the website) then be prepared to pay. Just been quoted £50 for delivery back to them (free in the other direction) plus a £58 restock charge (whatever that is). Not a company to be recommended for how they treat customers.

Given up with them. Lie about delivery times, in stock items etc and do not bother replying to messages. Their sister crowd BHL are just as bad.
