"Poor customer service"

Ordered a radiator and set of valves from the company and delivery was quick
The order was wrong, they sent two radiators and no valves, called and was asked to email photos.
I ordered white radiator and they sent black, then informed me that they had no white ones on stock but there web site states they did.
I would have thought the company would have offered a gesture of good will, due to me having to wait in for the for the collection of the radiator
The first email was abrupt and rude, I asked for a call from a manager and I had an email off Jessie basically saying the same.
Avoid this company if you would good customer service

I was after two high quality radiators for a bathroom renovation. Managed to find them through Google shopping and went to radiators.co.uk website. Their website design allowed me to easily compare BTU outputs enabling me to find the most subtle unit to heat output. The price also was on point.
Had a couple of queries needing to fine tuning delivery, prior to purchase. Danny from their team did an excellent job at orchastrating.
Delivery turnaround was quick.

Is not often you get such a great level of customer experience, will certainly use them again.

"Returning is a nightmare"

I recieved the item no problem, however i wanted to return, the return process was the worst i have ever come across, communicating with them is a nightmare, after 3 months of trying I had to get in contact with paypal to sort the issue out

"Good price but long lead-time"

Good product & price - no issue with the company. Delivery a bit of a faff - they contacted twice to rearrange, but did at least agree to leave it without a signature, so we didn't have to wait in again. Took nearly 3 weeks from order to arrival though, so wouldn't recommend if you're in a hurry to fit!

"Delivery a problem"

I was promised delivery on a couple of occasions but let down each time,delivery company told me item was on it's way when it hadn't even arrived at their depot, seemed to have a problem with being honest.

Ordered and paid and left a message in notes saying I was happy to pay for shipping (rather than free) as I live in the Outer Hebrides....otherwise was happy to have item shipped to a mainland Scotland Address (glasgow) and arrange further on shipping myself from there. Was told I cannot send item to a ''non verified'' address (ok, so what about another courier company rather than my sisters), still no.....but I cannot send the item to my 'verified'' address as it is in the Outer Hebrides and we do not dispatch to there....no, I can't pay for it as we have an agreement with the courier company and it does not include this postcode. Arghhhhhhhhhh!

"As Advertised"

Good price, but radiator was not in stock which I didn't know when ordering, had to wait a week and a half to receive delivery when I was desperate for it to finnish a job. Otherwise everything was fine , next time I would phone them first to confirm it was in stock.
